Good Morning, Meg!
((((HUGS))))
Good Morning! It’s a chilly 34 here..
(((HUGS))
Eyew...County taxes!
Then, of course, there are the City Taxes, the State taxes, the Federal taxes, and more.
I will guarantee you, if you get ahead a few dollars, its the City taxes, County taxes, Homeowner’s insurance...big bucks no matter which way you turn! We’re not able to get ahead in this world no matter which way we turn. The only way to get rich in this world is run for political office. The politicians always get rich after being in office for a while. I really believe that!!! And they work a few hours a week honestly and rake in those big bucks! And make laws that hurt us all. I say Pfffft on all of them! Do they disgust me? Take a guess....LOL!
Hi Meg! Haven’t been here in almost a month and know I’m behind on everyone’s news. Praying everyone is doing as well as they can. Still cold here at night, hoping for it to soon be gone. ((HUGS)) TO ALL.
Just dropped in to say hi Jaycee. Praying you are well friend. (HUGS)
(((((Thank you!)))))
(((((Thursday Hugs to Everyone)))))
Thank you Kitty. I pray life is being good to you. (HUGS) back to you!

It is what started the FIRST American Revolution...
Goodnight to Everyone, and God Bless.
William Carey was an ordinary man with an extraordinary faith. Born into a working-class family in the 18th century, Carey made his living as a shoemaker. While crafting shoes, Carey read theology and journals of explorers. God used His Word and the stories of the discovery of new people groups to burden him for global evangelism. He went to India as a missionary, and not only did he do the work of an evangelist but he learned Indian dialects into which he translated the Word of God. Careys passion for missions is expressed by his words: Expect great things from God; attempt great things for God. Carey lived out this maxim, and thousands have been inspired to do missionary service by his example.
The Bible tells of many whose faith in God produced amazing results. Hebrews tells of those who through faith subdued kingdoms, worked righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong (11:33-34).
The list of heroes of the faith has grown through the ages, and we can be a part of that list. Because of Gods power and faithfulness, we can attempt great things for God and expect great things from God.
Read: Hebrews 11:32-40
Thanks Amy, I’m running behind so will go on to the new thread now. Take care!
mine will be cut in half along with car and house ins in about 6-8 weeks, we are MOVING out of the cesspool that is called Memphis into the next county, just over the line, it will add a few miles to go to the doctor, but it will be well worth it in taxes/ins alone, not to mention NO STAIRS, except the 7 to a floored attic, that is large enough to frame out and dry wall 2 rooms with room to spare for storage.
