the part that worries me is “Creating an effective employment verification system to ensure that employers do not hire illegal immigrants.”
THAT, to Me, reads like a National ID system for ALL working age people.

After that, I am no longer gettin notices from Congress.org that thanks me for using them and including the text of the email I sent. Has anyone ever been banned from Congress.org?

Every day by way of twitter I’m sending my senators and congressman the name of an American killed by an illegal alien in my state in recent years. Twitter is great because my followers can see it and the recipient’s followers can see it too.
Lenin and Stupidcow are silent but my congressman has thanked me for every one.
Tweaking laws and regulations concerning legal immigration and temporary visas is (should be) an entirely separate issue.
Stated that way I don't have a big problem with it. But when he stands beside Schmuckey Schumer and Juan McLame I start to doubt that Rubio's word is worth the wrapper on a parking lot burrito.

How is this to help with unemployment? I am tired of my elected reps looking out for illegals rather than their own citizens. It’s is way past time for states to begin succeeding.
