In Mississippi, if kindergarteners violates the dress code or act out in class, they may end up in the back of a police car.

A story about one five-year-old particularly stands out. The little boy was required to wear black shoes to school. Because he didn’t have black shoes, his mom used a marker to cover up his white and red sneakers. A bit of red and white were still noticeable, so the child was taken home by the cops.

The child was escorted out of school so he and his mother would be taught a lesson.

America has become a joke; an idiot nation full of foolishness.
This is but one example.

HERE'S ANOTHER Kindergartner Suspended Over Bubble Gun Threat

I think there's more to the story, but on it's face. it's flat out outrageous.

An adult thing to do might have been to take then kid out to get a pair of black shoes and send him back to class.

Good job. Good lesson. Wonder why inner city yute hate cops? If I was that cop, I would have broke rank, [faced the consequences] and not taken the call.

Most schools have discretionary funds. The principal could have stepped in. But then we couldn’t have *favoritism*, could we?

“We’re after power and we mean it. You fellows were pikers, but we know the real trick, and you’d better get wise to it. There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals, one makes them...you create a nation of lawbreakers – and then you cash in on guilt. Now that’s the system, Mr. Rearden.”

This is based on an ACLU and NAACP ‘study.’ No school or school district is named, There are no specifics whatsoever just a general condemnation of MS. And no one questions it, just knee jerk reactions here?

Some people just like to be indignant. It’s so much more fun. Too much trouble to actually read the article and fine out it is most likely BS.

I definitely have mixed feelings about teachers having guns.

If you don't trust them with a firearm why the #### would you trust them with the hearts and minds of the next generation?

Exactly. You could turn that around in my case. Since there’s no way I would ever trust the government schools with my kids, why would I trust them to have guns?

Traumatise a child, yeah, that’s real smart. That is the kind of extremist mindset that typified Nazism in Germany. Does anyone still think that something just as radical as Nazism can’t happen over here?

Wrong! The Nazis would have just given the kid a pair of black shoes taken from a murdered Jewish kid. /sorry

Seriously, though, even the Nazis weren't that anal about crap like this.

This heinous crime may be a blessing in disguise: I keep hearing rumblings about bringing back the draft, but with a rap sheet like this, this kid is an automatic reject!

I’m with you - not likely written in truth. besides, the author and the commenters are once again busily painting a broad stroke of a people with nothing but a really lame story to go on.

We need to pass more laws and rules!!! /s

"When you break the big laws, you do not get liberty; you do not even get anarchy. You get the small laws." - GK Chesterton

Sadly, he was NOT being sarcastic. GKC knew the score.

“We do not need to get good laws to restrain bad people. We need to get good people to restrain us from bad laws.” - ibid.
