(clearly, semi automatic high capacity pressure cookers should be banned)
What a strange, strange looking family Angie has.

Who would buy a Jimmy Iodine single or go to a Jimmy I concert starring him? Hes gotten where he is by other means. Im just sayin cuz hes a great critic but doesnt know how to sing himself.
Great commentary

Angie seems to be the only one crying over her departure.
She can barely sing. "I'm ... still ... standing ..."
Mariah waves her on, keep singing.
But it doesn't last for long. Her family joins her on stage and she just finally gives up, sobbing. Kree and Candice rush in to join the group hug.
Sheesh, didn't see her get this worked up over the Boston bombings.

Angie will get some kind of deal. I bet she’s gonna cry all night long and then have to get up early to be on some am talk shows.

Poor thing! That was truly painful to watch and listen to. I felt badly for her-she knew she wasn’t going to be able to sing well...but Ryan said she had to.

Angie didn’t prepare for that moment....
I’ll grant her youth, but also expect that someone with her talent can handle
The pressure mment, as she is now free of Idol to pursue her career.

Angie sang the current stuff. The millenials must have stopped watching and the boy voters too.

OK, I’ll bite...is that a tattoo on her side? If so, what does it read? If not...who the hell buys clothes with sidewaysa writing on them? (I see a new Kohls fashion campaign coming on)

You think they chose boring contestants because they are boring? Yes.
Why are girls more boring than boys?
LOL, it's the opposite. They chose boring (untalented) guys this year so they could guarantee a girl would win.

Wow, poor Laura Eleana looks like she is going to age rather quickly. My goodness, is she 16 now? looks more like late 20s. I thought they were talking to her mom there for a second.

Agent J: (to a young Agent K) How old are you anyway?
Agent K: 29.
Agent J: Wow ... those must be city miles.

We were out with friends this evening. Just got in and saw that it’s Kree and Candice. I think Kree for sure wins this deal now. Angie was the one that could have stole votes from Kree or Candice. Kree is gonna get every country vote, and really every vote that isn’t motown based.

I think she’s really pretty...needs to be on stage doing Broadway. Big finale next week! Sort of sad it’s over...I always miss this thread. Really, really miss it.

Geez, judges, dont look so happy Angela is out.Did I see the judges do a standing ovation for Candace and then turn away when Kree was announced? ...no favoritism there.
Thanks for this thread which allows me to watch Idol on DVR, fast-forwarding through all the judges comments and reading yours. I enjoy your humorous comments too.
To: patriotspride
Yes...Harry Connick Jr. would be great. I was disgusted this year with Idol- they left the great male singers go - but I think it had more to do with skin color quotas from the judges. Seriously, it was more than obvious.
The entire season they showed bias- never a standing ovation for Kree and there was a camera shot of them tonight showing them very happy Angie was going. Hope all the judges are gone....
