Dang....never heard that song before and never heard the one Kree sang either. I’m hopelessly clueless....
YOu can not even begin to imagine how much it pains me, angers me and frankly breaks my heart, knowing that men I know PERSONALLY that are in harms way, now know without any doubt whatsoever, that if the ch*t hits the fan, and they need help........too damned bad fella, you are on your own!
THAT breaks my heart for us as a NATION, and makes me “kick the chit out of you” mad at our government!
Man.. the fix is in. We got Randy saying sharp or flat don’t matter? Sheeesh....
Agree.
and I’m pissed for her. What a stupid song choice. Jimmy you toad.
Yeah. Not her best.
Keith needs to wash his hair....

Iovine chose U2's "One" for Candice. A much better fit than Kree's song. Wonder if that was intentional.
Minaj: Candy girl, how are you? Did you think you would be in the Top 3? I have to give a shoutout to my secret husband Jimmy Iovine for picking that song. (says this was the Mary J. Blige version) Ain't nobody gonna touch that, honey chile. Felt like I was at your show! Work it!
Randy: Great song. Gives you room to grow. I don't know if everything perfect. But what was perfect was the emotion. We all got lifted up here. This girl is in it to win it!
Mariah: (rambling) You bring so much to the table. I sensed you not that happy with the song. We felt it. Always believe you will realize your dreams.
Keith: So much power. It got sharp in a few spots, because the adrenaline is just flying. But I like that.
Seacrest says Candice had never heard any version of that song before this week. He asks her how she learned a new song so quickly.
Candice:I made sure I knew what the song was talking about first.
I’m blessed to have known your character and service and I knew you were heart broken...God bless you in every way
... are you gonna eat that ?
lol
Yeah. WhatEVS. They want us to pretend we didn’t HEAR that.
It was PITCHY, dawg. Sheeesh.
But laughing at this silly stuff might help you feel better. (we can't laugh at much else)
I liked Angie.
Okay... I liked that a lot from Angie. She had one bad note... but yeah... I liked that.
I’m excited....I’ve actually heard of this song....didn’t care for it, but I knew the words...

Iovine's song for her is Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word by Elton John. No piano yet. She's surrounded by a small army of musicians playing stringed instruments. Very good.
Randy: Was that hard for you to do without the piano? (she says no, it was good, adds that she wouldn't have learned to play the song on piano very well) Way more interesting than some of what I've heard before. I actually kinda liked it.
Mariah: One of the best performances I've seen you do. You definitely deserve the applause. Lost yourself in the song. Really enjoyed that performance.
Keith: Exquisite melody. I would've been happier if you held back a little more. Don't underestimate--you could break people's hearts really easily. Perfect song to actually underplay it. Your voice is spectacular.
Minaj: There have been performances you have done that have hit me in the heart. Stellar vocal. But it didn't hit me emotionally. You are clearly bringing it in this competition.
OK, one Snark just so ya dont go into withdrawl......
Somehow, picturing Elton John (the queer) singing “What do I have to do to make you love me” to some guy, has me picturing things that I would rather gouge my eyes out with a rusty spoon, than risk seeing..
I think the song works a little better when Angie sings it than when Elton sings it... :) Works better for me anyway :)
completely forgot about Idol as I am watching the Heat/Bulls game with friends:(
...that’s basketball
I did too. I thought that was really pretty.
So do all those folks live in that tiny house?
