Correctional officers of the Prison in Arapiraca, captured a cat carrying saws, drills, headset, memory card, cell phone, batteries and a phone charger

Feline seemed to be taking it all in stride. I would suspect it wasn't its first trip ladened with trinkets.

Cat is dead. It is not struggling, breathing, or moving at all. A live cat would be verbally protesting, wriggling, and struggling. Life is pretty cheap to those people, and a cat is probably less than nothing to them.
Breaks my heart. The animal cruelty involved by the perps and by the prison guards disgusts me.
