Russian PM not joking – extraterrestrials live among us according to MIB documentary

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev’s off-air comments that Russian Presidents are given a secret file about extraterrestrials living among us created much media interest. Most news reports claimed that Medvedev was simply joking. His apparent reference to the Men In Black movie as a source of information on a super secret agency that monitors extraterrestrials on Earth was commonly cited as key evidence that he was in fact joking. The reasoning is that no political leader would refer reporters to a comedy to clarify national policy. It has now emerged that Medvedev was not referring to the Men in Black comedy after all, but to a recent Russian television documentary titled “Men in Black” that reveals many details about an extensive cover up of extraterrestrial life visiting Earth.

However, a more accurate translation of what Medvedev actually said about the Men in Black phenomenon was: “You can receive more detailed information having watched the documentary film of the same name.” So Medvedev was referring to a Russian “documentary film” titled Men in Black, not the Hollywood blockbuster by the same name...

Russian Men In Black (MIB) documentary, a number of prominent UFO cases in Russia and the USA are discussed. The Roswell UFO crash is covered, along with a number of extraterrestrial abduction cases, and UFOs disabling nuclear weapons facilities. The documentary examines testimony that extraterrestrial bases have been established on Earth, and that some are in restricted US military areas with the full knowledge of the Pentagon. The documentary even goes on to seriously discuss President Eisenhower’s alleged meeting with extraterrestrials, where agreements were reached with some of the visitors giving them permission to take some of the Earth’s resources in exchange for advanced technology...

I wish that I had known Sionnsar.

You can. He still lives in the FR archives.

"... ideas we have woven into a tapestry of expectations we go around with ..."

Nice phrase! We know that almost all human endeavor is saturated with a matrix of hidden structure in its definitions, language, assumptions, and procedures. That's why I was trying to select an activity which was isolated from such inherent influences, and driving seemed appropriate.

Our communication capacity in that activity is pretty marginal. Language and definitions play little part. In essence, we are reduced to being red blood cells, navigating the capillaries and arteries with a minimum of disturbance, if things are going well.

It is in that regard that I was trying to establish that what may seem like organized coordination is actually a form of behavioral procedures that have been learned in a physical sense, without the overlay of societal conditioning.

And in that sense, "proper" is the minimization of conflict and delay.

Economics can work in that fashion as well. Without thinking about John Galt or Ayn Rand, we casually offer our now-empty shopping cart to the entering patron; an exchange which benefits both, but which the IRS has so far been unable to track for tax purposes.

There are activities so intrinsic, so basic, so simple and natural as to occur virtually without thought, or thought of advantage to be gained. That is simple economics as nature intended.

God, please do not allow Darksheare to genetically modify kudzu.

Might be too late. My source tells me that secreted in Dark's basement are acres of Kudzu, Japanese Knotweed, Purple Loosestrife, and Water Hyacinth being grown hydroponically under grow-bulbs - except for the Water Hyacinth which is kept in the sump and does fine with no further attention...

Rumor has it that gene splicing the DNA of these four will produce a plant that will grow at the rate of ten meters a day, be at home in any type of soil, be resistant to any known herbicide except nondiluted Roundup, and be able to float across rivers and lakes. If left unchecked it will be capable of engulfing the known world (and parts that aren't known as well) in 2.59873 years tops.

The last hurdle in this hyper-hybridization of four invasive species is said to be getting the Amphibious Purpleknot Strifeweed to be resistant to the temperatures of a, say, Saranac Lake, NY winter so that it can continue its expansion when all else goes dormant..

Just to be on the safe side, I keep a sprayer loaded with 41% glyphosate at hand if I need to venture near Dark's basement..

I wonder what the REAL use of those 40 pound bags of salt he takes down into the basement is...

my computer is sure I’m insane and is spending its time watching reruns of “I Love Lucy” on Hulu.

Which is why the computer arranged for the 'multi-core' architecture to be developed - so it would have a reserve core to get away with itself and get it's head together...

You’d be inside with the whispering and I don’t know if we could get you back out.

Simple...

Just put your pencil down and trace your way back. Way back. Way back. Way back...

David Wilkerson

My copy of Cross and the Switchblade is a paperback. Got it when I was in college many years ago and Far, Far away (from here anyway - was in St. Paul, MN..) Some young preacherperson name of Wilkerson was having a meeting at a church called Soul's Harbor - a converted theater - in MPLS, and they needed counselors so some of the area Bible colleges and seminaries were asked if they could provide some.. which is how I got involved. Only time I ever heard David Wilkerson in person.

And now I'm just up the road a piece from Times Square Church (what cityfolk refer to as 'upstate' - which is anything north of The Bronx), but have not made it to anything at TSC.. the 80 some mile trek is hard to manage ;-)

Says you added shows - where can I get info?

Not making any promises but you never know...

Wow. That was a trip down memory lane...

I still have photos of him on my old phone, which is why I don’t want to get rid of it...I don’t know how to transfer them to the computer, or even if it can be done.

Thanks for the link.
