Is there an issue, or issues more important to you than other issues?
Well, never fear... Whatever that political issue pot might be there is a chicken in your pot - be you Tea Party or not.
I’m not interested in giving Obama the chance to appoint another Supreme Court justice.
Stick a fork in yourself, you’re done.
Not to compare Romney to Reagan, but I seem to remember Reagan talking to the very conservative, the moderates, and the so-called “Reagan Democrats”. I’m sorry to burst your bubble, but pandering to only one group results in electoral defeat in most cases on the national level. The idea is to build a broad coalition of voters who either like you, or like you more than the other guy.
Don’t tell me, let me guess: YOU’RE Gloria Allred’s “October Surprise”.
Somehow I expected something more exciting and compelling.
>Virgil Goode for president and all R’s down ballot? Does that sound too bad?
Not buying your pro-Obama crap.
I am a one issue voter. Obama Must Go!
We can deal with President Romney later.
There are even reasons BEYOND politics, for which Obama has to go.
Those are all minor details to be sorted out later.
The main focus of this election is:
Muslim or Mormon.
I look horrible in a burqua.
Then there’s the Military.
Our Leader HAS to respect them.
bozo hates them.
“All this for a flag?”
My spotted dog has a better chance than Virgil Who.
Hope you didn’t post this hoping the nobama campaign would pay you later. Everyone, yes even you, know your boy Virgil is not going to make it AND most importantly any vote for Virgil is a vote to keep nobama heading us over the cliff.
You are a self-important person who imagines himself more righteous, conservative and principled than the rest of us, who recognize that America may well not survive four more years of Obama and his Communist agenda.
When Obama appoints so many more lefty judges that America will never recover, and your grandchildren are guaranteed a lifetime of slavery and financial ruin, please come back and remind us and them what a genius you were.
You will then receive the contempt and ridicule shortsighted fools such as yourself so richly deserve.
You should be ashamed of yourself.
At no time has Romney waded in with Tea Partiers. He kept his distance and vice versa. After the primary, most tea partiers realized he’s our only shot at ending the Obamanation. Romney has presented a plan that aligns with many tea party goals - reduced spending, debt and deficit reduction, tax reform, etc. Your entire assessment is bunk. Romney is a moderate right politician, and has not at any time in this election cycle pretended to be anything else. He’s a smart, accomplished man, and will serve our country well.
No chickens in Obama’s pot.
OK....so we are not 100% certain where Romney, the successful capitalist will pivot next. But you failed to mention that we are 100% certain where the radical socialist from Chicago will take the country.
I think I will go with some uncertainty over 100% metaphysical certainty.
Virgil NoGoode
No. Not this election. Perhaps in a more prosperous, frivolous day in the future, but not this year.
He’s better than what we’ve got.
You know, I’m not voting for my fairy Godmother, I realize the limitations of a man and there is no man out there that would please even all of us on FR.
Presidents/politicians are not God, thanks be to God, they are simple humans and some are better than others and we get to vote for the “some are better than other” in most elections.
While the left looks for Utopia the right looks for conservative saints who think and act exactly like they do. That person does not exist.
I’m not fan of Romney, and I dare anyone to find a post where I’ve been overjoyed by his being the (R) candidate for President. But, in spite of endless attempts by you and other diligent 5th columnists to get your black plague put back into office, I’m going to vote for the better man.
I don’t know what Romney will do if he gets into office, but I damned sure DO KNOW what the marxist mulatto is going to do.
To paraphrase Davy Crockett, “You can all go to Hell and I’m going to vote for Romney.”
As Mark Steyn said, it’s better to push an imperfect person to do the right thing, than to wait for someone perfect.
