There's too much at stake right now, presidency-wise, money-wise, vote-wise for these major league political operatives, including candidates and major backers to be playing games.
Not without cause, many freepers have become cynical and blase about all "breaking news" and "major announcements" because most of them have turned out to be duds.
However, each one of us should assess whether these sharp political advisers to the Romney campaign, including Trump and the candidate themselves, are going to tout an impending announcement next week just to hear their teeth rattle or to delude the public.
Folks, the campaigns are now in the most critical phase. Have faith. Remember when everyone here was screaming that Romney was not exercising the killer instinct...he was being a milquetoast....?
I posted at that time that the seasoned experts in the Romney campaign had a timetable, knew when to turn the heat on, they will not act under pressure from the impatient....and I said I hoped freepers would be patient, the time WOULD come!.
Guess what....Romney is now peaking at EXACTLY the right time, on the ascent in state after state.....while Obama peaked way too soon, is now in a swoon and descent.....and he won't peak again in the next couple weeks, or EVER!

I agree, per usual with your post! Romney IS peaking and coming on strong at the RIGHT time. And I am sure Monday night will also be a “not very good evening” for Obama!
