All very interesting. I can remember Voom building a remote uplink facility just north of Black Hawk SD on I-90. It wasn’t long after that they went bust, and Dish bought the facility. I thought that at least some of the HD content passed to Dish HD programming options.

AMC is also pounding Dish in virtually every commercial for their hit show The Walking Dead which had 10.9 million viewers even without Dish coverage.
