What is everyone hearing around the office regarding the election? I mean, particularly among liberals and independents. We all obviously know what conservatives are saying.
At my office, I've noticed the liberals are very quiet (except when whispering among themselves), and the independents hate Obama.
He’s on salary. He works for a lobbying company and even if he weren’t no one would cut off this wonderful young man. He may be misguided but he is still loved.
Oh, so that's the banner he's flying this time.
Voters should at least spend five minutes reviewing a candidate before they waste their vote: Virgil Goode
Goode's history of swapping parties as the winds shift makes him look like a political opportunist. This election, he is just siphoning off votes from the Republican candidate. With Obama threatening the very existence of the USA, that is unforgivable.
Just got back from walking the dog....our lesbian lawyer neighbor has a Romney sign in her yard!

Well, that’s a sign!
The libs around here are very quiet, almost looking ashamed! The repubs and Conservatives are getting more and more outspoken every day!
“fight for the House and the Senate this election and hamstring Obama.”
You really have no clue. The house and senate will be meaningless to a 2nd term Obama. He has openly said that and his previous actions prove it. If he wins a 2nd term, all of your convictions will be meaningless on this earth.
Period. Enjoy your martyrdom...
If we take both houses of Congress, and a repeal of Obamacare is passed, then Romney will sign that legislation. There may be a very slight chance that he would not sign it, but I am confident that he will sign a repeal into law.
If we take both houses of Congress and a repeal of Obamacare is passed, then Obama will NOT sign it. No way no how!
Your “principled” stance is a stance that will get us to having a repeal pass the Congress to NOT be signed into law. You seem to want to repeal Obamacare, yet if you get your preference then you are making a repeal impossible.
“cut off faster than Candy Crowley at Golden Corral.”
I don’t care who you are, that thar is funny!
My husband says the same thing. He believes Obama will be jumping into the spotlight more often than Carter and Clinton combined.
“However, there was one young lady (a single mother) who said she would never vote for Romney because he only favors the rich. Not sure I can convince her, but at least she is willing to listen. So, stay tuned....”
Ask her the following:
Do you believe that politicians act in their own self interest to hold onto power? Answer 95% of the time: yes.
Then I ask; Since that is the case, how would it be a benefit to Democrats if there were fewer poor people? Wouldnt that cut into their power base? Shouldnt Democrats then want there to be as many poor people as possible? And since Republicans are for the rich, wouldnt it benefit them to make sure there were as many rich people as possible? I mean, how could they win an election otherwise? Assuming your premise is true.
I don’t know if you’ve ever seen “Gone With The Wind” or not, but there is a funny scene where “Mammy” a somewhat-elderly black servant woman is trying to get “Scarlet”, her young white charge, through a crowd of lazy black men. She goes through there with a cane, knocking them about like nine-pins, and scolding them all the way! She calls them “lazy” and “shiftless”, and (I’m not sure on this)also refers to them as “niggers”! It’s hilarious!

Oops, pardon the double-post! It wouldn’t post very quickly, so I hit it again; and then it happened (was afraid it would)! :-(
Call me when Romney overturns Obamacare if he gets in office. :)
Oh, so Romney will only sign if ‘it’s put in front of him’? He’s not going to use an EO to gut Obamacare? Really?
We still need to fight for the Senate, and we should be putting our money there.
“very slight chance that he would not sign it”
I bet Romney extends Obamacare coverage and passes Amnesty part II if he gets elected. Romney is not our friend and he is not on our side.

Unfortunately, since the GOP nominated pro-abortion, and pro-gay marriage Romney, Goode is the superior candidate. Perhaps the GOP should try nominating a prolife, pro traditional marriage candidate next time.
I'm in Commiefornia and I don't think Golden Corral has any locations on the West Coast.
I only heard of them because they have Commercials on the Cable Stations I watch.
Excellent last paragraph. Too often we try to defend against a false Premise, rather than restating the obvious truth of the situation as you have. Bravo my FRiend.
That's bat-scat crazy.
I supported Santorum, sir.
