Yes, have had slowdowns tonight (but not during the day) in eastern WA state, but depends on destination. Could get to Google Earth databases just fine (had to download lots of new areas), but FR and several other sites were extremely slow (even when I had exited Google Earth).

Am a retired AF COMM guy/still here on the udder side. Last three days, the Web access from “guaranteed access points” has been miserable at best, very odd! Protected nets still running 5x5. We’ll see...

Everything is fine here in the land of FR on AT&T! My U-Verse FTTN VDSL is cruising along at the usual speeds! No idea if Comcast in this area is OK or not.
Maybe knowing who your provider is would help?

Al Gore found out about your analog cameras, and decided to teach you a lesson by turning your internets and googles down a few stops.

You don't need to get online to surf the internet. Just download it.

Central NY.
I don’t know how today it will be. Yesterday I kept getting error messages. Pages wouldn’t display. Rebooted many times, changed phone numbers and finally gave up. Thought I was hacked.

I had problems for a couple of hours or more last nite in Colorado. approx. 5-7 pm mountain time.

So was mine yesterday, for a few hours. I’m on a new CommieCast cable modem at 53Mbps down/13Mbps up and LinkSys 4Gb Router, but it slowed to > half that, by 1pm.
I shut down all apps, Unplugged the cable modem, router, replugged and restarted WIN-7 Pro. It was back-to-normal - actually above 53Mbps - after the restart.
Try www.speedtest.net/ for before/after unplug/replug procedures, for measuring diff.
Just trying to help...

It’s been slow for about a week now on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Super slow response time and Netflix is nearly impossible.
