WILKINSBURG, Pa. Police are investigating an unusual shooting in Wilkinsburg late Tuesday night.
Investigators said the victim was playing dominos with friends on a porch of a home around 11 p.m. when he decided to urinate over a side railing.
According to witnesses, someone below the porch could be heard yelling, "Yo, yo!" Moments later police said several shots were fired striking 35-year-old Roosevelt Robinson, of Wilkinsburg.
Robinson was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died.

Great Leader has been doing this to the United States for three years. The sad news is many people believe him when he tells them it’s just a little rain.

Obviously no foul, no harm didn’t apply. Too bad you don’t have commercials during domino games.

I can’t see the video. What kind of porch are we talking about that someone can be below it? I must have a different idea of what ‘porch’ means.

"What kind of porch are we talking about that someone can be below it? I must have a different idea of what porch means." In a lot of urban areas, "porch" and "balcony" are used interchangeably.

“Yellow Rain was a 1981 political incident in which the United States Secretary of State Alexander Haig accused the Soviet Union of supplying T-2 mycotoxin to the Communist states in Vietnam and Laos for use in counterinsurgency warfare.[1]
Refugees described many different forms of attacks, including a sticky yellow liquid falling from planes or helicopters, which was dubbed “yellow rain”. The US government alleged that over ten thousand people had been killed in attacks using these chemical weapons.[2]”

It used to be when someone such as a gunfighter came to a bad end, they said “he died with his boots on.”
All they can say about this guy is, “he died with his d!ck out.”
