Americans Hungry for Media That Celebrates Freedom

With only ten days left before the release of the independent film “Last Ounce of Courage,” actor Marshall Teague sat down with his best friend, superstar Chuck Norris, to discuss the making of the film in a special video preview.

“I just want to encourage everyone listening to me right now to go see this movie,” said Norris. “Because you will not be disappointed.”

The movie’s release on September 14 comes at an opportune time: Americans are hungry for media that celebrates and upholds freedom, faith, and family values. The film earned a PG rating, and is intended for families to enjoy together. The film is a stirring reminder to Americans of all ages that freedom is worth taking a stand.

“From the first second that I read the script, I knew right then it was something special,” said Teague. “It wasn’t just a script, it was a script with a meaning. And not only a meaning, but something I personally believe in.”

What is the plot of this movie? I see a lot of buzzwords, but not a lot of substance.

I hope it's about a family that has the courage to go to city hall meeting after boring city hall meeting, and city planning meeting after turgid city planning meeting to see that the Constitution and freedom are respected.

I imagine it's going to be about a family triumphing over the forces of evil by way of car chases and shoot outs.

That tells me exactly nothing about the plot.

What stand is he taking? What are the circumstances?

So - in other words - because I actually what to know what the plot is, I must be a simpleton whose only enjoyment is The Three Stooges?

Not very logical.

That would give away the whole movie. From the fact sheet, I'd say it's about a man expressing his belief in God very publicly, the attempt by government agencies to shut him up, and his fight against the government bureaucracies.

The entire movie takes place in cyberspace. Each of the characters represents an abstract principle such a freedom, love, courage, evil, treachery, etc.

The characters can gain energy/life points by performing certain tasks and/or gathering magical objects.

Characters lose points if they take hits in battle from such armaments as Biblical passages, wise adages, or libelous slanders.

The film culminates in a final "death" match where it is revealed that Berkeley was right after all, everything is just ideals with no real matter, and God has gotten so bored by the proceedings that he turns his eyes away causing everything to disappear. The End.

Lots of sites out there discussing Last Ounce of Courage.

The plot involves an ACLU-dominated town government that has banned public observance of Christmas. The veteran goes up against the powers that be & he winds up in jail.

That’s all I know except that a happy ending is presumed, with the ACLU being deported to Islamabad in chains (I wish).

;^)

Islamabad is that word that Tom Brokaw can't pronounce.

It is also a place I would like to send Barbara Streisand's stupid husband(can't remember his name),Michael Moore and Bill Maher.
