Thank you for your time.

Prayers for you all. Showers of blessings!
Anthony. I will keep your grandfather in my prayers.
Prayers for your grandfather, Harry, the medical staff, and your family.
May you find peace and comfort, Anthony.
You didn't ask for advice, but I'll give you this little bit: many years from now, you will think back on this episode, and you will remember your choices and you will want to feel that you did the right thing. Being at the hospital and supporting family members is never a bad choice. Other choices, in hindsight, may be far less appealing, but by then it's too late to make a better choice. Sometimes it's good to do the hard things.
Prayers being said for your grandfather.
Saying a prayer for you, Anthony, and your grandfather, Harry.
Dear Heavenly Father, We ask you to heal our brother, Harry. Give guidance and wisdom to his surgeons. We also ask you to comfort his family during this stressful and difficult time. In This I Pray. Amen.
*** Anthony, maybe Dad wants you at the hospital because your presence can comfort him. I am just saying that a family together can give strength. Please re-think your position about staying away and dealing with this on your own. Not sure of your age but sometimes in life, we have to just suck it up and deal with life’s hardships. This may be one of those times. Nobody “likes” sitting in a hospital waiting room and worrying. NO ONE. But, it is something we need to do because you are family. Hugs, Mom
God bw with you and your family....
As a long time heart patient (mine started at 39), technology is a wonderful thing and has kept me around for a long time...let’s hope the same wished on your grandfather...
Prayers for God’s blessings on all.
Thank you for your time.

No, Anthony, thank you for your request. It allows us to say prayers for your Granddad, your Father, You, and all others who love him.
It is a reminder that God should always be first in our thoughts in the morning, and last in our thoughts at night.
Prayers are lifted for Him and all of you.
This is a stressful time for you, but remember that it is also stressful for your Dad. Dad's can sometimes be a PITA, especially when they may not be able to openly show their emotions, thinking they always have to be the "strong" one in the family.
I prayed for your Granddad's successful operation and quick recovery, but also prayed that, if he doesn't know the Lord Jesus, he will turn to him today. If he does, then his future is firmly fixed to be with the Lord, forevermore.
So Anthony, thanks again for asking for prayers. I resisted the Lord for 40+ years before seeking his forgiveness and salvation. Thank the Lord that there was someone praying for me throughout all those years. Your request gives me a chance to stay focused on what is most important in this life.
Let us know how things go, will be looking forward to reading your update.
You have my prayers, but I have one question — who declared that your grandfather is a DNR? I thought that was up to the family? I’d remind the physicians of their Hippocratic oath.
Anthony,
Prayers offered. Focus on Jesus. . .as he is in your today and already in your tomorrows.
Your presence at the hospital would bring comfort to your Grandfather and father.
Keep the faith, God will see you through this.
Anthony, it’s not about you, it’s support for your father and your grandpaw, go be with your dad and quit thinking about yourself. Prayers your way.
Prayers offered up - for healing, strength and courage.
Anthony...You and your grandfather are in my prayers. I’m also praying that both you and your grandfather know Jesus in a personal way.
When family members are at the hospital waiting through a loved one’s surgery, they don’t cry. They wait. They go to get something to eat or drink for everyone. Take your computer, books, and anything else you need to keep yourself busy, Anthony.
When the operation is over, the doc will come to the waiting room and tell you guys what they found and what is next. You can’t see Grandaddy until he’s back in his room and that will be a while - after the recovery room.
So...it is just a thing of passing some time like you would do anywhere. Your dad wants you there because it makes him feel strong to have you supporting him. It will be okay. Your grandaddy will be okay. Thank God they found the problem and can fix it!
Your grandfather and all your family are in my prayers. It’s going to be alright. You are going to be alright.
Prayers for your grandfather!
Prayers for you, your grandfather and family.
Go be with your family-someone may need you there.
May God hold you all in the palm of His hand.
Prayers up for Granddad and his family!
