WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Barack Obama is creating a new office to bolster education of African-American students.
The White House says the office will coordinate the work of communities and federal agencies to ensure that African-American youngsters are better prepared for high school, college and career.
Aides say his executive order, to be signed Thursday, will set a goal of producing "a more effective continuum" of programs for African-American students.

Is he going to establish a Hispanic-American Education Ofdfice? What about an Asian-American Education Office? How about a Redneck-American Education Office?
How about an Appalachian-American education effort. Appalachia is one of the most poverty stricken areas with abysmal education systems. Oh, I get it. They are too pigment-challenged to be worthy of assistance.

The first step is to totally rebuild their subculture into one that places the same importance on education that the Asian-American subculture does. This rebuild will have to include other aspects from the Asian-American subculture as well as other American subcultures.
Then after 50 plus years, the time duration of LBJ's infamous attack on the Aferican-American subculture, we might see something. But, during those 50 years we, the rest of the American culture, will have to continue to support the current African-American subculture because it would be “unfair” to force such a drastic change on them.

Everyone who thinks about this election year political bribery will recognize it for what it is - Emperor Obama I’s naked attempt to shore up his African-American base that voted form in 98% of the time in 2008.

Rule by decree. These orders are becoming ever more frequent — and bolder. No one is challenging him on this egregious abuse of power, so expect more of the same except that the scope and cost will increase exponentially. The US Congress has been relegated to by-stander status.
The removal of ALL references in Law to Race should be immediately done, where every AMERICAN CITIZEN is treated equally, no set-asides, quotas, bonus-points, etc., and all Signage and teaching will be in English Only.
There are boats and busses available to anyone who has a problem assimilating into the Culture that the Constitution intened.
