CINCINNATI (AP) - Police say a large dog attacked and killed its owner inside his apartment.
Cincinnati police say they aren't sure yet what breed the dog was, other than it was a big dog.

I think you're right; look at the evil gleam in his eye... and the other can't even look at you!
;)
This oughta start the flames:
From wikipedia (yeah I know but I am too tired to do my own research tonight)
“The Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog breed was developed by using Old Southern White Bulldogs (also called White English Bulldogs), Catahoula Bulldogs, and a small amount of Colby Pit Bull Terriers.”
I am guessing the guy probably had it coming
I got attacked by my own dog once too.
He did not want to go otuside, and he bit the ever lovin’ crap outta me just to let me know.
He was a 10 lbs year old chow, and he did considerable damage to my hand. Don’t underestimate what even a small dog can do, they are fast and sharp.
Anyway, he met his maker the next day, no more chows for me.

Ban Chihuahuas.
Killin is my business and business is good.
The only time my dog has ever tried to bite me was when I startled him by trying to move him when he was sleeping. He apologized profusely.
It looks like there is some Jack Russel Terrorist in the one, if not both.
That’s hysterical! I have several pictures of my dobes doing that sort of stuff (palli-girl now deceased.) When I had the film developed (yes, I said “developed”) I laughed till I snorted when I looked them over. I was just dusting off my favorite one today as a matter of fact.
Makes me miss my gone-away girl extra much. They are just so entertaining when they tussle like that!
Maybe Lennox did it. At least then Belfast could say they had a reason for killing a dog that never bit anyone. :-/
Somebody let me know when they post that it was a was a pitbull.
I have a friend who’s three year old daughters’ scalp was torn off by her best friends chow . They were just sitting in the living room when the dog went nuts .
The only way my Yorkie could kill me is by kissing me so much I couldn’t get my breath. She loves everyone.
I can attest. Mine is a she. A beautiful white with only the right eye patch. I will forever treasure the site of her first rabbit catch. Out of the wood pile zigging and zagging. The comical homing instinct of Izzy made a furious chase scene. Lasted about a minute. Covered probably a couple hundred yards if you straightened out all the back and forths. It ended with her biggest moment of pride. When she latched onto its back and gave that one vicious shake, it flew into two pieces. She was coated in blood down her throat and chest. Man did she prance over both halves. Quite the rock hiker as well. With people, cats and another dog she is a good tempered girl. Of course she knows she is the queen, so there you go...Sadly she is feeling her 12 years these days.
I don’t wish to cause alarm, but I believe this has all the hallmarks of a Canine Zombie attack.
Same thing with my two. LOL!
Good God Almighty!
Please tell me the doctors were able to help her :(
When the vets put my dog down the next day, they told me that the black tongue of the Chow is not to be trusted at all.
Some Chows are nice, I’ve met them, at the time I owned two, the one that bit me and another. The second one was a gentle sweetheart, no trouble ever, I kept him for the length of his life.
The other was never submissive. He always seemed to compete with me for who was in charge and who wasn’t. I could see in him a few times prior to being bitten that his personality was growing worse, I saw him eyeing my friends hands and exposing teeth more than once.
I’m just glad he bit me and no one else.
Anywho, morale to the story is I’ll never own another Chow, I’ll never let a Chow around children, they cannot be trusted.
