Two Brazilian air force pilots could be collared by the long arm of the law after making a low-altitude supersonic fly pass which shattered every window of Brazil's Supreme Court.
If they know what's good for them, it might be a good idea to keep flying and put as much distance between them and the angry lawyers inside the blown-out building
Swooping low over the structure housing the Supremo Tribunal Federal in Brasilia, the two French-made Mirage 2000 jets generated a massive shockwave - destroying the building's glass facade.
The war planes had been taking part in the ceremony of exchange of the national flag at the Praça dos Três Poderes, at the Esplanada dos Ministerios.
No one was injured in the incident, but the shockwave was so powerful nearly every window in the court building was destroyed and a few in the Congressional buildings beyond.

Exactly my thought! We need some soiled robes in these not so United States!
Brasilia is ugly and in an ugly spot a million miles from nowhere
They deserve ribbons

Maybe we could get a bunch them to do flyovers of John Roberts’ house ever 30 seconds for the next 30 years.
Tudo bem!
We liked it when Navy F4 Phantoms did that, mainly because it really ticked off the base commander.
It was on a small island in the far south of Japan, the jets would fly between the radar domes and even do touch and go on the barracks roof. Heck of a noise.
“How do you say that in Portuguese?”
“Dois dos seus jóqueis de meleca do nariz fizeram um sobrevoo em meu prédio do Supremo Tribunal Federal em mais de 400 nós! Eu quero do alguém bumbum, eu quero agora, eu tinha!PORRA! Que é duas vezes! EU QUERO ALGUMAS BUNDAS!”
I once saw a video of a young lady and her beau being, well, umm, naughty. As remarkable as the video was the sound track. So dominated by repeated deafening jet noises that one had to conclude that there were skid marks on the roof of the house. One could not imagine actually living there.
I speculate (without having any possibility actually to know) that the house was on the beach off the end of the north runway at LAX. On Google Earth, you see a neighborhood of beach homes that are now completely gone except for the vestigial streets.
The neighborhood was clearly built before the runway expansions, and maybe also before the jet age. The houses may not have had to be torn down by contractors; I suspect the jets did it by themselves.
LOL! Thanks!
There are more aircraft in the oceans, than there are submarines in the sky.
Your vector zero-nine-zero for bogey. Maverick: Tower, this is Ghost rider requesting a flyby. Air Boss Johnson: That’s a negative Ghost rider, the pattern is full.

Can someone do this to Chief Krytocrat John Roberts’ house?
True enough!
