Those who want to DUMP Romney by an ABSTAIN vote on the first Ballot in Tampa, are watching and listening for what is a sign of hope that you, Mitt the ultimate RINO, really do have fire-in-your-belly.

If neither Boehner or Romney can tap into the present Obama”care” SCOTUS outrage, then guess what our chances are of electing someone who is not Obamalite, or even beating Obama in November?

Pretty interesting take. I hadn't thought of how relatively low the penalty is. Maybe Roberts saw that as his rationalization. It was too low to qualify as a penalty. Still, Roberts had to turn a blind eye to too many inconsistencies to let this thing stand. So Obama and company intend to blow up insurance for everybody, and it's on to single payer. Destroying is always easier than building. Why the world favors Democrats.
