The guys at Traitor John’s Bar and Supreme Tax Court are betting that you, RINO Mitt, are as gutless as a freshly cleaned Catfish.

Pretty interesting take. I hadn't thought of how relatively low the penalty is. Maybe Roberts saw that as his rationalization. It was too low to qualify as a penalty. Still, Roberts had to turn a blind eye to too many inconsistencies to let this thing stand. So Obama and company intend to blow up insurance for everybody, and it's on to single payer. Destroying is always easier than building. Why the world favors Democrats.
