Columbus, OH (my area)... 99 F
Indianapolis, IN... 104 F
Chicago, IL... 102 F
Louisville, KY... 105 F
A weak cold front may bring some relief for the weekend, but it will remain quite hot right on through the Holiday.
thats my forecast
Over here in b’ham the highs are still stuck in the high 60’s with clouds. Must be from all the lefties worrying about global warming.
Rangers won again. I guess it is time to turn down
the a/c and get some shut eye. I can’t wait to hear Pelosi’s cackle tomorrow.
There’s actually been a breeze here and lower humidity.
You Know God is just mucking with You when its 105 and no breeze in Tx.
The winds normally howlin.
Hopefully this means july will be unseasonably cool. Hopefully.
You getting that kind of weather in Alabama? Lucky.
Gnight.
It certainly wasn't pretty, they're going to need their offense to carry them for awhile.
Not that b’ham. Bellingham WA.
Understood. One needs to be careful about baring their personal feelings on an open forum. Most people will carefully avoid stepping on them, but some won’t. I think it’s a lesson we all learn at some point.
Glad to hear you’re doing better, and that you’ve got your sights set on advancing your education. Now, just keep putting one foot in front of the other, and don’t stop until you get where you want to be.
Yep, and I'll be on ladders most every day until then.
If you've worked a summer in the Texas sun, I think you can rightfully claim to love this place (and I do).
Huntington Beach, CA
High 72, Low 60,
plus a very conservative House Rep.
Hot, then cold. Hot, then cold again. When will nature make up its mind?
I went to Western a few years before transferring. Loved the physical environs but the leftie professors were a bit much (nothing unique in that).
You bet they are and especially for the the latter part of June! Indianapolis had March in February, then April was like May and geeezzz, June is turning into mid-July and August. Further, everything is burning up because we had no winter snow cover and, NO rain to speak of. Corn and beans, and everyone’s gardens and yards are turning to a crisp and trees are really struggling but, it’s about the same in many other states (except Florida!)
Here north of Seattle, it was a pleasant 70 deg high today. We do not even have a air conditioner, very little need for it...may be 5 days above 90 during summer.
But last winter our electricity went out during a ice storm. So no heat or cooking for 36 straight hours. We could not even leave the house because roads were iced up.
GEORGE W. BUSH’S FAULT! I had to get “that” out of my system.
I spent the night there last year when I rode from Seattle to Vancouver. Great town!
it wasnt really all that cold 6 months ago. i love snow.. it was a worthless winter
Been there many times. My dad grew up at Oak Harbor and he had family in Mt. Vernon, Burlington, Bow, and Lynden at different times. I haven’t been there in 25 years since they all passed away but it sure was a relief to spend summer time there coming from Texas. We used to play in the Skagit River.
I roofed apartments in Dallas for two summers to make some college money, before the illegals came in. That was rough hauling shingles up a two-story ladder to stock the roof when it was too hot to lay the shingles. Also did demolition of a junior high, home construction, wheat harvest, and worked for a boat motor repairman. I have spent my time in hades lite but I would rather be outside then in the prison cell known as a cubicle anyday. But, the pay is much better.
