I can’t believe they don’t include Jack Ruby shooting Lee Harvey Oswald. It’s an amazing photograph-—it wasn’t a posed shot and it captures something totally unexpected.
A lot of these photos, especially the tsunami/tornado and pet ones, are local events. Someone that I don’t know crying over a destroyed house doesn’t get a reaction from me.
And the first photo of the 3 women in the same poses—what’s so special about that one? I don’t know these people or what their story is.
