Lets use Illinois as an example. Many residents have already fled the state for the same reasons they have in California,Ohio and Michigan. Now,do you think that all of the blue&deep blue districts in the Chicago area still have those former residents on the voter registration lists? And how about all those who have died over the last 10 or so years? As bad as the economy is in Illinois and being the Dem's still run the show there, especially with "you know who"as mayor of Chicago, does anyone really expect an honest count come November 7th?(or is it the 8th?)
I would be surprised if Obama won Illinois as bas as things are there. same with California. why would anyone vote to maintain their 12 to 15% unemployment rate?
Shananigans(sic) no, shenanigans, yes.
No way Obama loses Illinois. If the machine even thought there was the slightest chance of that, a few hundred thousand “found” votes would surface. It’s the Chicago way.
only one in 245 legal americans can spell shanagens correctly on the first attempt! like me.
you can picture what would happen in Rhams office the day after a few polls showing romney ahead of obama in illinois by 10 points. I see Rham on the phone talking to his thugs trying to find a scheme to get a list of every dead democrat in the state sent to him.
It’s Illinois...It’s a presidential election....just ask the 1960 Nixon.
“Its the Chicago way.”

The ghost of Old Joe Kennedy will give them a hand.
Keep in mind, though, that any resources that the Chicago machine has to use to ensure they win Illinois, are resources unavailable for neighboring states like Wisconsin.
Came for the Super Troopers reference- leaving satisfied.
Chicago along with Cook and some areas of the other collar counties will make certain Obama wins. All us downstaters could vote twice for any Republican and still get outvoted. Throw in a number of counties (such as Macoupin where I grew up) that don’t vote for anyone without the D behind the name (sadly in Macoupin’s case - all farmers there vote D) and Obama only loses IL if he doesn’t run. Up in Chicago, they don’t care about unemployment - they have never had a job. As long as their LINK card gets reloaded each and every month, there are no worries. In Cook County you can buy anything - and everything - with your LINK card. Maybe not legally, but who cares about that either? Fourth generation welfare recipients don’t have worries. There’s not a politician with a pair that will take their ‘free’ money away and they know it.
Someone should start a “NOTvotingInEllionois” website for people who moved away to register their intention NOT TO vote in that state any longer
Then it can be compared after the fact to actual voter rolls
It could discourage some of this
It would have to be VERY visible and get a lot of advertising beforehand

“Hey Farva...”
Turnout in the congressional races of incumbent Republicans Dold, Walsh, Schilling and the race of newly annointed Davis will determine the statewide outcome.
In Davis the GOP annointers just selected a lesser motivator than Harold, the better motivator. The vote was close and split. Some county chairs want to win and grow the party. Some don’t feel comfortable with a candidate who doesn’t yet know how to wheel and deal.
Another test is the Paul faction. Walsh, Hultgren, the new organization in Kane County will welcome Ron Paul types. But many establishment types feel threatened by the brashness of young, energetic Republicans who aren’t willing to wait their turn.
Everyone will know it, but we won't be able to do a thing about it. The government (HLS and FBI) will claim it's all legit. A federal judge will say the American public has no "standing" to contest the issue, and that'll be that.
Please. Chicago will deliver for their “son”...as will Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Obama has those electoral votes locked up. If you see his campaign spending money in those states, then maybe you should be worried.
But you won’t...not to any great degree.
