“I wish Rove was “gone”

Amen to that. I’m fed up with this wanna-be celebrity. Two or three weeks ago he was on television bleating on that if the election were held “today” Obama would beat Romney. Now this moron prattles on about states for Obama that are “gone” when three weeks ago Obama was inevitable. What a buffoon.

The West will decide this election.

If Romney wins two out of Colorado, Nevada, and New Mexico, then everything else falls in place for him to win it. If he doesn't, then the Kenyan gets his second term.

Can’t speak for the Indiana, but I spend a lot of time in North Carolina, and Rove is right; the Tar Heel state will go red in November, just a matter of how big the margin is.

Look at what’s happened in NC since 2008. When Obama won, we were told that North Carolina was an example of the new, southern “swing” state (like Virginia) that would go Democratic as often as it landed in the GOP column.

Since then, the Republicans have won a majority in both houses of the state legislature (and the Congressional delegation). They’ve also forced the incumbent Democrat Governor, Beverly Perdue, to abandon her run for a second term. And the ballot measure banning gay marriage was approved by a 20-point majority.

Quite a backdrop for Barry and the Dims when they arrive in Charlotte for their convention. Believe me, if there was any way they could move the convention to a more friendly location, they would.

Here’s another news flash for The Architect: Virginia will go for the GOP as well.

There’s no small government conservative, among Obama and Romney! If only Virgil Goode or Tom Hoefling had a serious chance of, actually, winning the race for ‘12 POTUS.

Rove says SC is a tossup—we haven't voted Democrat since 1976.

I guess since we hate Willard so much KR thinks we won't show up for him—plus SC was one of the few states that went with Newt and Newt people despise Romney the most.

I submit, however, that we are so scared merdeless of the queer Marxist getting another four that we will give even Mitt a landslide win.

This is what I’ve been saying all along. Go down the list of states where Obama won in 2008 and the vote was at all close and they are all going to go against him.

This November will see a GOP landslide almost everywhere.

How does Rove enjoy a reputation as such a “seer?”

He insisted throughout Bush’s two terms that amnesty was a winner. He dedicated himself to ramming it through.

He has a tin ear for both what the people of this nation want, and what’s good for this nation.

Oh, and Karl? Amnesty didn’t pass. Despite your best efforts.

What is your skill set, exactly?

Like it takes some kind of genius to see this?

Obama is going to be swept out of office.

Rove might be right...until Romney’s support for gay marriage in Massachusetts comes out. That puts the issue in doubt. In any case, the world would be a better place if Rove would kindly stomp on a land mine.

I’ve got news for you: North Carolina and Indiana are the reddest of purple states. In any normal election, they along with Virginia should be in the Republican column.

The real battle grounds lie in the states they always do: Ohio, Florida, Missouri and Pennsylvania. The guy who takes at least three of four of those states wins — as has been the case in every election since 1960.

If Wisconsin is a battleground, could Minnesota be possible too?
