It's difficult to find quality entertainment on Netflix streaming. Here's three Tom Selleck movies that, in my opinion, qualify: Jesse Stone, Night Passage / Jesse Stone - Stone Cold / Jesse Stone - Death in Paradise. Great entertainment, no PC agenda.
My wife and I watched the show tonight. We both love this type of quality show. It was very entertaining. We love the Dog that is not his but seems to own Jesse. To bad that Selleck says this is the last one he will be doing. Says CBS is not keen on these two hour shows. CBS is crazy.
Love, love, love Tom Selleck! Whenever he’s on TV I tell my kids...”hey your Dad’s on TV.” Then I have to say “okay, maybe he’s not your Dad, but I’m sure he would have been if we had met.” Actually, my late husband did resemble Mr. Selleck...mustache and all...and did understand if Tom Selleck showed up at my door, as much as I loved him, I had no choice but to go with him. Besides his good looks, the attraction is also his conservative/libertarian views!
very bad
It is an issue weapon.
Well, I watched about half of it before I fell asleep. My husband tried to fill me in and the rest, but I need to see it again before I come to any conclusion as to its worth. You are right on the cryptic dialogue, however. Did his “phone wife” ever reappear (by phone) on this episode?
The dog looks like a twin to mine, except that mine has a little more white on his muzzle. Golden Retrievers have a wide range of “looks”, but his and mine could be brothers — size, color, head, etc. His is a little curlier in his ears. That’s the only difference.

What is “Smart TV?”
He’s the best!
No 'phone wife' this time and it bugs me that he can't show his dog some affection.
What did he finally do with the Border Collie that was left homeless when his owner was hanged, or hanged himself?
I’ve forgotten how he got the Golden. He had a different dog in the beginning that died. His GF got him to take the Golden when somebody was killed...I just don’t remember. That was in a different story.
That scene with him walking around the ship dropping his bag of money in different places then speeding away in a boat and leaving his Mercedes parked there was as incoherent as anything I can remember.
I think the producers thought a brooding Tom Sellick could carry the script no matter how bad it was.
Smart TV’s can also be used for playing your own videos from Youtube and other venues. Live streaming of movies from Netflix, Hulaplus and such. If one desires can access Facebook, Yahoo, Flickr, Amazon, Skype, twitter, &C.
