No where in the Constitution is it written that a person genetically predisposed to doing so, may not unicycle naked in public. This man's civil rights have been violated. Its high time to recognize and formally legalize the right to unicycle naked. (/s ... just in case)

That’s a tall bridge. Getting a unicycle with almost no mechanical advantage up there would be a serious workout. Maybe he just needed to shed the weight of his clothing.
