Now that Indiana RINO Richard Lugar will be vacating his Senate office, what other Senate RINOs would we most love to see follow him? I nominate John McCain.
Mark Kirk
If a stroke doesn’t get him first.
Amen on all of those!
What’s going on with Hatch now anyways?
I do not always agree with Hatch, but I do not think he is a RINO. Mark Levin supports Hatch and I doubt Mark Levin would support a RINO.
#1.
Thad Cochran
Bob Corker
Lamar Alexander
Both Georgia ones
Mitt Romney?
I like your list.
Ted Kennedy’s pal Orin Hatch tried to fend off a contested primary by dominating the state convention and didn’t have the power. He must now face challenger Dan Liljenquist in the June primary.
Mary Landrieu (the next shot at toppling her will be in 2014, I believe).
Republican Senators who voted YES on Sotomayor:
Republican Senators who voted YES on Kagan:
She was the only reason I voted for McCain. I was convinced that he would lose, but had hope that if he won, stress or a Heart attack would take him out, and leave a conservative the presidency.
Mark Levin has a pet project...a constitutional amendment for a balanced budget which Hatch has pushed for several years.
That is pretty much the basis of his giving Hatch a pass on his RINO tendencies.
IMO.
This is something that needs to be addressed at the convention. States who allow open primaries should have the number of delegates reduced.
McConnell definitely needs to go, at least from his leadership spot. He has a great conservative voting record, but is a failed leader. I’ve never seen a man promise so much and deliver so little. He loves to spout high-principle conservative rhetoric, but consistently blinks when the Dems stare him down. He needs to pick fewer fights but follow through to the end of those that he chooses. Too late to teach the old dog new tricks. He needs to be replaced, as does Boehner, because they lack the fight necessary to deal with the bare-knuckle tactics of their opponents.
We all have lists. We all have different criteria on who makes it.
Seems as lot more productive to list the dems we would most like to retire.
The list would be shorter with those that should stay.
What do you think those RINOs are ?
Yes, we’ll see to it that Steelman beats McCaskill here in Missouri.
It gets little coverage but in Mo. 8th we are trying to oust Emerson. Last time Bob Parker got almost 35% of the vote & this time he is getting more attention but Emerson refuses to debate him. She votes wrong on most issues, her husband, Ron Gladney, is a lawyer for the SEIU & her daughters are lobbyists for Monsanto & GM. She co-sponsored a bill for tax payers to help fund union pensions that are suffering. But to those who don’t follow what’s going on she appears to be be such a sweet, caring person. “She’s pro-life, doncha know?” Oh, she’s also a friend of DWS & has even donated to her campaign! She’s not much of a conservative in my eyes.”.........
Orrin Hatch needs to go and the two RINO senators from GA, Chambliss and Isakson. I think we are hopefully going to get rid of Chambliss next year.
