RINOs Who Need to Go
Vanity

Posted on 05/09/2012 7:08:21 AM PDT by Freestate316

Now that Indiana RINO Richard Lugar will be vacating his Senate office, what other Senate RINOs would we most love to see follow him? I nominate John McCain.

Anyone so eager to work with his “friends across the aisle” and says “we have no reason to be afraid of Senator Obama as President” must be voted out!

Lindsay Graham of SC. I know the Wonder Twins from Maine are big RINOs but perhaps they are the best one can expect from that state but it is inexcusable that a senator from one of the most conservative states a prick like Graham.

Well we’d all like to see McCain go, but it’s four years til his next election. Chance are he’ll retire then anyway.

Focus on younger guys closer to their election. Like Lindsay Graham - two more years before his next primary. I’m sure there are others in the Senate. Obviously in the House there will be some too.

I second the motion but it will never happen in Arizona for so long as they continue to allow Dimocrats to vote in their Republican primary!

Lindsay Grahamnesty would be grief stricken if he could no longer serve at his mentor’s side. Excellent suggestion!

Let's not forget that McCain chose Sarah Palin to serve with him as Vice President.

McCain might appear to be mild mannered, but he carries heroic credentials.

Good point! I thank McCain for his military service, but detest him as a Senator.

At one time, so did Benedict Arnold.

You make the salient point. Our problem is not so much the twins from Maine - after all - it IS Maine. Our problems are Graham from SC, Cornyn and KBH from Texas, Chambliss from Georgia - and until recently Lugar from Indiana and Bennett from Utah. Conservative states with moderate RINO senators are the key targets.

The secondary problems are the conservative states with Dems, like Hagan from NC and Claire McCaskill frm Mizzou (who will be beaten this year).

Yes, Miss Graham would be at the top of the list.

Richard Shelby

He is not to be trusted. He’ll be voting conservative for a little while now since this election has shown that the tea party is not dead. But he sways to whichever side he thinks has the power. He only became a pubbie in November 1994.

Then he promptly bridled her from going after Obama, Steve Schmidt hated and undermined her, and McCain refused to defend her while his “friends” on the left ripped her to shreds.

Sorry, not buying. Oh yes, he has in his 80 years done some good things but he's done far more damage to the Republic on balance. He's gotten a pass on all of this due to the POW story. He went into the negative on the balance sheet 30 years ago. The Palin pick was great, but he still doesn't understand why himself. He and his handlers ruined Palin as VP - because they can never understand what the appeal was. McCain picked her because he thought she was as anti Republican as he was.

John Cornyn can go.

He bills himself as a conservative come election time, but he’s “all hat and no cattle”.
