(Washington, D.C., 5/6/12) Responding to unconfirmed reports President Obama kicked off his re-election campaign in a half-empty stadium at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, response to the photograph has been swift. Ohio will play an important part in the election of 2012 as it's considered a swing state.
According to our sources, a spokesman for the campaign called the allegations of a half-empty stadium ludicrous. His statement, made on condition of anonymity, follows:
Attempts to paint this kickoff re-election effort as a failure fall far short of reality. Had the photographer taken his picture 3 hours later, the world would have seen the arena was filled to over-flowing with enthusiastic, adamant fans of Obama. To suggest otherwise is ludicrous.
Take any photo of an NFL stadium 3 hours before kickoff and you'd assume no one cared. Such is the case here. Fans were overflowing outside the stadium but adequate security measures prevented everyone from being there at the time this photo was taken. Our dear, dear leader deserves better than this blatant racism being displayed and the right-wing ought to be ashamed of itself for choreographing this charade.
Developing...
Have to disagree, the slavery guilt has been repaid in most of those minds without “mo reparations cash” to gain. Remember the first couple of years with holders people in yo face 150%? Am betting most of those non-black voters vividly remember, no one likes their nose rubbed in someone else’s victory.
The Messiah enthusiasm is worn out, required too much hope and wrong kinda change. No doubt 95% of holders people that vote will vote racial again, trouble for nobama is the turn out.
Not only that, even though it's kind of hard to tell from the photo, it looks like everybody in the seating areas are standing. Why would everybody be standing 3 hours before Obama was scheduled to appear on stage?
“They said Rizzo died from pneumonia”
“They said”
Nah. At home watching Judge Joe Brown on their big screens.
And, several people on the floor are taking pictures ... of something.
“It will be reported as so, beloved Fuhrer!’’<< “If the Fuhrer wants it two and two make five!’’— Hermann Goering.
lol. Thanks!!!
Obama couldn't lead rats to a garbage can.
Can’t say that I agree - seeing lots of freshly-applied Obama 2012 bumper stickers on the automobiles of a wide variety of Caucasian-driven automobiles, from junkers through the Lexus and Mercedes SUV crowd. It just blows my mind.
May p!$$ be upon his name.
That photo absolutely amazes me. Such a vast crowd. It is almost beyond comprehension.
And today, less than 4 years later, not a single white person you stop on the street would remember voting for Obama...or admit to it.
ain’t that the truth!
Don’t know your 10-20, but I have not seen a one, none even on holders peps cars here in Texas.
Heh..I thought the “dear leader” part would give it away.
10-20 - Little Rock/North Little Rock, Arkansas. There are some wealthy liberals around here... the perfect illustration of idiots.
You are in Texas? Last time I was that direction, even the mention of the name “Obama” (even when cracking a joke) would draw a minimum of ugly stares.
Exactly what part of stating that the arena was half empty equals "racist"?
OH - year, right. How could I forget. Another Liberal Codewords. Anything against Obama = "racist"
In Congressman Louie Gohmert’s home district, Tyler. Any ol Yeller Dog dems left, hide around here.
Sure don’t have much overt “O” enthusiasm even from the reparations crowd, although those that do vote in Nov, will sty with Nobama.
