I have not been posting as much on FR lately. I have been dealing with a lot of health issues in recent months. A lot of it is personal and some of my friends don't even know about about everything im dealing with. I have not wanted to be seen as whining or overwelming someone with my own problems.
I initially rejected the idea. But I have decided that spening 6 to 12 months in a nursing home is the best thing for me right now. I can focus on outpaitent therapy and get the care I need.
I am having a lot of problems with my muscles and joints (related to R.A.) I have stomach probs/bathroom accidents and it is getting more and more difficult to take care of my own hygine. plus other personal probs... A lot of this takes a toll on me emotionally as well..
I will feel weird staying in a nursing home at the age of 26. I am a father, im a husband. But we believe it is the best thing for me right now. to hopefully improve physically and emotionally..
ty for keeping me in your prayers

Prayers for you my FRiend....
Prayers up.
God be with you, friend.
I feel led to share this with you: He is the God Who created heaven and earth! He is more than enough. We are gathered here to agree as touching your deliverance from this bondage. You will live and not die and declare the mighty works of the Lord.
I presume that you have accepted Jesus as Lord and so we can truly pray that (Romans 8:10,11)because Christ lives in you, [then although] your [natural] body is dead by reason of sin and guilt, the spirit is alive because of [the] righteousness [that He imputes to you]. And if the Spirit of Him Who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, [then] He Who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also restore to life your mortal (short-lived, perishable) bodies through His Spirit Who dwells in you.
I’m sure you will use this time to draw closer to Him. Spend time meditating on all the healing scriptures that belong to you because you belong to Him.
You have our agreement that His word is life to you and health to all your flesh. (Prov. 4 20-22: “My son, attend to my words; consent and submit to my sayings. Let them not depart from your sight; keep them in the center of your heart. For they are life to those who find them, healing and health to all their flesh.”)
He (and we) will never leave nor forsake you. Please keep us informed.
If God gives you an abundant harvest of trials, it is a sign of great holiness which He desires you to attain. Do you want to become a great saint? Ask God to send you many sufferings. The flame of Divine Love never rises higher than when fed with the wood of the Cross, which the infinite charity of the Savior used to finish His sacrifice. All the pleasures of the world are nothing compared with the sweetness found in the gall and vinegar offered to Jesus Christ. That is, hard and painful things endured for Jesus Christ and with Jesus Christ.
—Saint Ignatius of Loyola
‘When it is all over you will not regret having suffered; rather you will regret having suffered so little, and suffered that little so badly.’
—St. Sebastian Valfre
When it is all over you will not regret having suffered; rather you will regret having suffered so little, and suffered that little so badly.
St. Sebastian Valfre
Well, I don’t know about regretting that I suffered so little, but the part of suffering so little badly, I can attest to.
