Current TV has filed a countersuit in its war with Keith Olbermann ... claiming the "Countdown" host got his walking papers, in part, because he BARELY showed up to work.
In the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Current TV claims Olbermann missed 19 out of 41 work days in January and February in his attempt to "sabotage" the network.

As we previously reported, Olbermann filed his lawsuit against the network yesterday ... demanding between $50 mil and $70 mil in unpaid compensation.I didn't think that stupid and unpopular paid so well!
I chose the wrong career.

Olbermann is toxic now and looking for his retirement payoff. I hope he loses and Current TV goes out of business. No loss to America if this happens.

Olbermann missed 19 out of 41 work days in January and February in his attempt to "sabotage" the network. If I miss 1 day, without calling in; I'm going to get a disciplinary file in my records.
If I don't show up for 2 consequtive days, without calling in with a valid excuse - I'm automatically fired for abandoning my job.
If I miss 3 or more days from work - I may be required to bring a note from my Dr. verifying my illness/injury. (Waived, if my boss believes me - which in my case is pretty much a given).
But, if I took off ~50% of my workdays over a 2 month stretch - there is no question as to whether I'd be fired. I would, without a doubt.
I think most of us fall into this set of business operation standards.

C-C-C-Catfight.
I don’t care who wins this, they are both losers.
Time to pop some popcorn and sit back for the show.

As Rush noted this week, Olberdork isn't a $10 million dollar chandelier. He is standing with $50 lamp shade on his head in the corner of a room no one wants to go in.

I once was on a business trip to San Francisco. I walked out of my hotel on Van Ness and went over a block and turned south. There were two very effeminate guys fighting in front of a bar, with a couple dozen other very effeminate or leather-dressed guys standing around. Some in the crowd were crying and insisting that others make them stop.
The two guys would do some kind of bird-mating dance, legs and arms flying, then screech and charge each other, slapping and pawing and backing away, trying to avoid being slapped. Then they both scream and fall down. They would then get up, go into their screeching and dance and charge again.
One of them was calling the other "bird-pootie." The other was calling the other "nasty smell."
That's what this Olbermann-network fight sounds like. I do have to wonder which of Olberman v Gore is "bird-pootie," and which one is "nasty smell."
