Thanks again.
Did the images just disappear while I was reading the thread. I wanted to go back and check something in the first page and the images of the forms were wiped. Spooky.
And now they’re back.
I am missing something, please list the important piece of evidence here, and the conclusion it supports.
Side note: all of the documentation I have seen WRT Barack Hussein Obama, the POTUS has him labeled as “Barack Hussein Obama II,” NOT Jr. Even though under normal conventions, a baby boy named after his father would be a Jr.
TIA
The Sr. and Jr. were used for the convenience of indicating whether the father or son were being duscussed. Their names and titles vary along with the various documents. Obama has used many aliases in any case.
OK - i get that.
Can you tell me what the revelation is here? I follow this story, but I only see that this is a clue to finding on target documents, but by themselves just prove that there was a kenyan born baby that got US citizenship in the BHO II timeframe.
Real easy ~ go to google.com, and put quotes around her name.
One possible scenario could be that she did not amend her passport yet with her new name ( could have been a number of reasons for that ). After birth, she found out what the law was. So, instead of claiming that she was married, she told the consulate officer that she was unwed - there was no way to prove otherwise. Thus the COC was issued despite her being underage.
Likewise with the U.S. Passport records of Stanly Ann Dunham which are reported to have been destroyed, the trail of evidence has been stonewalled. The Immigration and Naturalization Service forms used by U.S. Customs for arriving passengers on microfilm at the National Archives is missing the one week of records for August 1961 in which it is suspected Stanly Ann Dunham returned to the United States with the newborn child. This is the only week of 1961 in which such records are missing, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department and its Cold case Posse.
The INS record discovered in the out of the way library implies the effort of the Obama Administration and associates to scrub any evidence from government and other records has failed to be complete and effective in all respects.
Although the INS record does not name Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama, the probability that there could have been another U.S. citizen mother giving birth to her child in that region including Kenya in the month of August 1961 and seeking the assistance of a U.S. Consular officer to obtain a certificate of citizenship are vanishingly small. Such an event in 1961 is virtually unique. Therefore it appears this piece of evidence can be fairly regarded as a preponderance of evidence providing reasonable cause for a legal investigation of a foreign birthplace for Barack Hussein Obama. Rather than preclude the likelihood of Obama’s birth in Kenya, this piece of evidence strongly suggests the possibility or even a probability of Obama’s birth in Kenya despite all of the previous doubts of its even remote possibility. In other words, this evidence is a potential game changer in the investigation of Obama’s native origin/s and citizenship.
You’re right. I forgot to include that scenario, when I got sidetracked wondering why this 17 or 18 year old girl would have reason to have obtained a U.S. Passport before her ostensible marriage to Barack Hussein Obama on 2 February 1961. A U.S. Passport was not required to travel between the State of Washington and British Columbia, so why would such a young girl have obtained a U.S. Passport under her own maiden name before her alleged marriage? It would appear more likely she would have either obtained the U.S. Passport under her married name or under her maiden name after the date of the alleged marriage.

OK I get it - thanks.
Which document shows an August birth? (I only saw 1961.)
BTW - I also concur on the scrubbing, but I wanted to know what was worth scrubbing here.
What we really need is the record/index of citizen born abroad approvals granted or documents issued, with names on it. Where were these issued? Where were/are the records kept?
Keeping this reply short, it is derived by the overlap of the multiple documents. One document has a timeframe running from July 1960 through June 1961, another from July 1961 through June 1962, and the missing week in the passenger arrivals microfilm in the first week of August 1961 only. Putting them all together, they imply the first week of August 1961, including 4 August 1961, as the only time period in which all of the records coincide as a window of opportunity.
“what was worth scrubbing here[....]
Some of the obvious records went missing, such as the U.S. Passport file for Stanley Ann Dunham in the timeframe relevant to August 1961. The passenger arrival records held on microfilm at the National Archives for the first week of august 1961 was reported missing by the Cold Case Possee at the 1 March 2012 press conference. As usual, there have been other records such as these reports discussed in the other Freeper article which appears to have been unanticipated and overlooked by anyone scrubbing the past records. By themselves, they are not necessarily damaging. In combination, however, they tend to isolate the one week in the beginning of August which just so happens to coincide with the alleged date of birth of Obama. Given the rarity of a mother with American citizenship giving birth in that region inclusive of Kenya in 1961, the coincidence and rarity are compelling circumstances practically demanding a convincing and evidentiary explanation. Absent these discovered records, we would not have the evidence so narrowly bracketing and focusing upon the same week as the alleged 4 august 1961 birth of Obama.
Thanks!
