As a native Southern California boy and conservative Republican, I’m especially proud to say I’m a Niggard With Attitude.
Let’s see, I know a popular local radio station in Columbus that will mention it and He goes on it time to time. Anyone else want to join me in e-mailing http://www.610wtvn.com/main.html
Thanks, I missed this, thank God for Freeper!
Love to see this rat bs go down.
Read what happens when an NC teacher uses the word.
“Deputy Superintendent Norm Shearin reiterated that Ms. Bell made a bad decision when she taught her students the word “niggardly.” It was an inappropriate word to teach children at that grade level, he said.”
“... Tannis Nelson, president of the N.C. Parent-Teacher Association and a New Hanover County resident, ... added that this incident shows the need for effective diversity and sensitivity training throughout the school system. “Incidents such as this can polarize the community,” Mrs. Nelson said. “We can’t allow that to happen. This can be captured as a teachable moment, and we can learn from it.”

Sen Brown used the word properly. That being said, we all know what would happen if he were a Republican.
He used a perfectly good word correctly. “Niggardly” has no relation whatsoever to that other word. I know others have gotten into trouble for using it, but why bow to ignorance?
Several years ago:
“There is absolutely nothing wrong with using the word niggardly. Rush Limbaugh
Rush caught hell for a month.
I smell a campaign commercial...
FYI
As if it’s Sherrod Brown’s money to give away to begin with.
Did they mean Coshocton and Lima?
I’m sniggering over his “niggardly” remarks.
