I wonder if Robert Reed was in this Mannix episode? He was a regular on Mannix apparently.
Paramount used the Brady house set for some other crime series (Mission Impossible?) but without the staircase. That’s a hoot.
I love the Star Trek time-travel episode where Kirk is walking past Floyd’s barbershop in downtown Mayberry..
Is that Jethro Bodine I see there?
There’s an episode of the Fugitive with Kimble walking past Del Floria’s dry cleaning shop.
Kind of interesting how sets are reused in other shows. Even weird stuff is done in movies that the late John Hughes such as Sixten Candles and so on.
LOL! I missed that one. Do you know which episode it was, or what it was about? My husband would love to see that.
Really? I didn’t know Mannix swung that way...;)

The episode was called "The City on the Edge of Forever." Dr. McCoy goes through some kind of time portal, landing in late 1930s Earth. He's temporarily insane and does something to alter history which would have resulted in Germany winning World War II. Kirk and Spock follow him there in order to undo the damage done by McCoy. When they show up in Mayberry, poor Otis nearly has a heart attack when he sees Spock. (Okay, I made up that last part!)
LOL! I remember that episode...thanks!
Yeah, Robert Reed was on several series’ at once...I think Mannix, Brady Bunch and Mission Impossible.
