When I turned this thing on this morning the first article I saw was about his death. I absolutely could not believe it. I thought it was another internet hoax. Unfortunately, it wasn't.
Prayers for his family and friends.

Terrible shock at his age!! Strange times we live in, so many of the people who once supported us are turning away and then losing a good man who fights for right in a suspicious way.

Most of us never knew he had any health problems whatsoever! Very strange.

Big hugs in return, Kitty. That kitten is so pretty. I love those yellow eyes with his coloring. Thank you for sharing that wonderful kitten. ( I may steal your graphic for a future Caturday. )
:)
Wishing you a beautiful day and a wonderful March.

Like you, I started looking for something telling me whether it was true. Finally saw the announcement on Fox. He was so young.
I had a cousin who died of a heart attack at 39. That was hard to accept. He was my youngest cousin.

"The crocus and dwarf Iris in my front yard popped out today!"I'll bet they are beautiful, Conor!
Red Canna Lilly
I had a neighbor go to Wal-Mart last week
and buy up all the Canna Lilly bulbs she could find.
They usually sell out immediately, and must be planted in March for a lovley summer display!
She bought them out, (kidding)
and also bought Miracle grow soil and planting soil,
And, called the local gardner, making an appointment to plant them today.
I checked the weather for the month of March, and in my neck of the woods,
It will be dropping down to the low 20's almost every night this month
So, I had to have her postpone the planting.
BUMMER!
(I wanted the miracle of their beauty to be the first thing I saw, when I return home!)

Hi, Yorkie! It's been a number of years since I've grown Canna - I'll have do plant some again. I got a bonus when I walked out the front door this afternoon - my fist daffodil had bloomed!
Here are some from last year:

We had a friend who at 29 entered the CHP Academy. Had a heart attack while in training. Wasn’t massive but ended his days of any kind of LEO.

I felt the same way, teenie. It seems just unbelievable that he died of “natural causes”. Surely his doctor has records of his medical history....that is, if he took the time to go to a doctor! Very few just drop dead at 43. It happens now and then but not often. So tragic!!

Thank you, potlatch. I tried to find something to go with Amy’s theme and it was hard to do....LOL! I liked “Tears are words the heart can’t express”, too. I thought about children who don’t understand why Daddy left, etc. and all they can do is cry.

So true, teenie. Nearly every week on Nancy Grace, some child goes missing and never found. And I think parents are involved in some of those and it seems the parents get away with it. Like the baby who disappeared about 6-8 months ago from her bed while her mother was drunk???? Some funny business there somehow! When you have kids you must always be in your right mind and that mother should have known that. I always felt like that baby got hurt or injured while her mother was ‘out of it’ and perhaps died and a cover up began.
