I have a man coming in a little while to cut up the tree and put it at the street. Its so hot today, I feel sorry for him. I need it cut as the grass is growing up quickly with rain and sunshine! I love this time of year but I hate the work ahead.

Hello Amy’s Place

TCP checking in.

Sorry I am so busy with the greenhouses. Can’t check out my fav. FR stuff that much, except at night.

It is 90 in the houses today. We were promised rain and cooler temps, but it is still way above normal.

Been near 80 for over a week. Not good for the pansies, but is very very good for me not needing to heat the greenhouses at night. I am saving a lot of money not needing 4 dollar a gallon oil.

The weather has been strange this year. We got our biggest storm of the season last weekend. It was a doozie .... rain, hail, winds and snow in our foothills. Even had funnel clouds spotted but nothing touched down.

The difference in the graphics is amazing. Once in awhile I find an Opening that I used several years ago and use it anyway. On some of them I could improve a little but I don’t want to mess with Billie’s or Lori’s graphics. With Lori’s, she would revamp if I asked her to but I can’t seem to connect with Bilie.

I’ve saved several of Billie’s Openers that she posted and will be using them again. On several, I will need to find a video for the music.

 THE BROTHER THAT HE WAS

There are no words to fill the void
and empty space upon my soul. 
This heart cries out in silent noise
that echoes only memories

The hillside, in it's flowered plot
stands out above the raging sea
where quietly his ashes rest
and leaves the river alone with me

The secret of a brother's love
the only thing that will not die
until united far above 
the pangs of life like shadows lie

Upon the hill, beneath a tree
he travels on and yet I stay
Somewhere above the sand and sea
he found the trail, I lost the way

The empty space I try to fill
while all the love he left with me
with all he did, with all he said
with all he was, I long to be
      the brother that he was to me.

to every honored poet
I toast thee well
immortal words 
of quill and tongue

yet honor more
without the sounding bell
the unknown bard
who's opus is unsung.

This brought tears this morning, Fish Hawk. It is beautiful. I could change the title to THE SISTER THAT SHE WAS. I miss her still.
