Shoulda used the \sarc tag I guess; although I thought that was pretty obvious.
Is this the teacher or the student?
We had a guy in our Eight grade class who was only there when he wasn’t in Jail. He had to be 18.
I doubt that is the case here. Spring is a highly rated school district.
Not really, one is presumed guilty the minute he is charged, and the system works to process the “guilty,” rather than to determine guilt.
Sorry Rich, I misread your post. You are right.
Isn’t this the same ISD where it was reported here the other day, the obamunist teachers were brain-washing their charges into the obama-jugend?
You’re right. The accuser could be a crazy, out of control kid who is out for revenge. It happens.
If it had not been a boy, we would have never heard about the case.
could be a boy that has a crush and had been spurned by the cute, young looking teacher that felt bad for him..
Teacher - she looks about 16, doesn’t she?
If the perp was a man the headline would contain the words "molestation" or "statutory rape".
But since it's a chick it's merely an "inappropriate relationship."
Yes, she looks like a sweet and innocent middle-school teacher. The problem is she has grown up in a sex-obsessed culture in which she was very likely having sex when she was in the eighth grade and sees nothing wrong with sex between any two (or more) people. This is precisely what people were predicting about fifty or so years ago when the “pill” separated sex from consequences and forty years ago when the Supreme Court separated pregnancy from consequences (in this life).
When I was in the eighth grade (1962-1963) people like her were called sluts. Maybe one woman in a hundred earned that appellation. Fast forward fifty years: You cannot even use the term slut because the sluts who appear to be in the vast majority do not want to be reminded of good vs evil, of morality and immorality, of right vs wrong, etc.
Such people mistake license for liberty.
The victim did not report it, another faculty member did.
It would be pointless.
Bump for later.
I’ll say it. I’d definitely hit it, when I was 13 or 50
