You know, with middle-aged men movies and movies like Hangover, this just might work, or I'm just being nostalgic and missing some of my favorite 80's films.

Now I’m reading in the comments it’s most like a commercial during Super Bowl. Oh well.

I do as well. I really like “The Breakfast Club”... but I don’t think a remake would ever be quite the same. IMHO.

I guess I must be the only person in the world who found Ferris Bueller “resistible.” I thought the character was dishonest, manipulative, smarmy, and treated his friend like sh*t. In a real high school in the real world, that kid would have had his ass kicked on a daily basis.

Xer Ping

Freep mail me to be added or dropped. See my home page for details and previous articles.
Yes, the Xer ping is still going, these last couple months just have been real slow news and ping wise.

Ferris “ lived” a block from here. As did the American Pie kid.
And I know the Chicago family who owns the glass garage. Weird connections to that movie.

The plot should be Ferris as a struggling attorney who decides to represent principal Rooney, who is sitting in prison after being convicted of pedophilia.....

No. No! NO! Don’t mess with perfection. Besides, no John Hughes there to direct. Absolutely not.
