"...As a young boy, like most young boys I wanted to be President of the USA; however I was informed at one time, by Christopher A. Ianella, who was a State Rep. from 1948 on, and at another by Albert L. “Dapper” O’Neil, who served on the Boston City Council, and was a friend of the Family, that I never could be, because my Dad was not a US Citizen, and as the son of a Father who was a Canadian/British Citizen, I never could be according to the US Constitution.

Consequently, I have been very concerned about the election of Mr. Obama and I have been following all of the attempts to ascertain the truth of Mr. Obama’s status, or his eligibility, to be President, and researching everything I could find, in order to determine what makes him any different from me? His dad was also a British Subject..."

I’ve been chasing this a bit lately here in Florida concerning the upcoming election

my question is... exactly who did the due diligence to verify that the candidates presented to the voters were in fact eligible to assume office.

it’s not over yet... division of elections said they get the note from the governor, and another in the same office stated anyone can submit themselves if they meet the Florida requirements (natural born status not among them). either way, they do not verify eligibility and punted... pointing to the governors office.

the governors office has been very helpful. currently it looks like they are handed a list from the US state dept.

my focus is on the governors oath of office to uphold the US Constitution.

if the list handed to him by the state dept does not say the candidates are eligible to assume office... then the governor was negligent in his duties. if it did state as such, then I’m off to find out who in the state dept verified it and how someone with a foreign citizen parent could be natural born

if the governors office was lied to... I’d assume they would be fairly upset and could go after this.

I have a dream...

If memory serves me right, it was Nancy Pelosi, who should be impeached for perjury.

Obviously, Christopher A. Ianella, who was a State Rep. from 1948 on, and at another by Albert L. “Dapper” O’Neil, who served on the Boston City Council, and was a friend of the Family, had no firm grasp of the US Constitution, according “Osama” Obama and Nancy Pelosi...

actually, it is wholly inadequate to trust the word from the head of the party that would benefit from the fraud. if anything, candidates should be vetted by the opposing party

failing that... it would be on the governor to fulfill his duty to uphold the Constitution by checking the basic requirements (it’s not like we’re asking for a balanced budget... it’s the same level Id check anyone would do for a passport).

if the governor was given the names, which were vouched for as being eligible by a neutral 3rd party... then it’s on the 3rd party that supposedly did the vetting. who would this uninterested 3rd party be is the question
