Would you cast a Romney vote? (VANITY)

(Vanity)

RINOS think we'll just hold our nose (again) if Mittens <somehow> becomes the GOP Nominee.
Not I. Not ever.

Between Newt, Rick Santorum and Rick Perry......who do you really want to see SURGE in the coming weeks?

Would you ever cast a Romney vote under any conditions?

If not........... (and Romney is the nominee) what will you do on voting day?

Maybe because this is Wisconsin and the rest of the ticket may affect things here

Even more reason NOT to give 4 more years to Obama. The man was involved with local issues there as PRESIDENT.

"Either man is the end of our republic. I won’t be a party to that."

Beautifully said. And I sure as S#@T won't be a party to that, either.

...My goal is the defeat of Hussein next November. We can nominate any of our candidates--Mitt included--and I will cast my ballot for them!...

Sorry, DON'T BUY IT... if you love America so much... you should care about the "kind" of America we would/should have. If "Romney" is acceptable to you... then the kind of America we would have would be VERY UGLY. He would in essence destroy the last remnants of any opposition, that is the real conservatives in the Republican Party (fiscal + basic social values). He would open the flood gates if you will to all kinds of depravity and perversion... don't you care about that????

“The sooner we get this civil war started, the sooner it’ll be over.” “Amen.” Double Amen!

If the republic is dead I might as well die trying to save a piece of it. Living in this "more perfect union" is hell.

I expect whatever candidate I might like to vote for will not be running come election day in this state. The imbecilic early voters will have crowned their idiot.

Of Santorum, Newt or Perry, today I'd pick Newt (he wants the job, knows the job, deep ideas), then Perry (experienced but doesn't want the job).

Of course. To think otherwise makes it more likely to get 4 more years of tyranny.

Yes. With Romney we have “some” control over him and his policies as members of the same party. With Obama we have NONE as evidenced by the last 4 years. Four more years of Obama will push this country past the point of no return. I will do everything I can to see that Obama is not re-elected and that is more important than worrying about holding my nose one more time.

I would rather cast my vote for Perry however.

I suspect that this response will be subject to much vilificaiton. Nevertheless, here goes:

In 2008 I argued in favor of Romney because I thought McCain was a disaster waiting to happen - that turned out to be correct and we have Obama now as a result. I fully agree that Romney is not a Conservative in any sense of the word. The question has alway been and continues to be: what separates Romney from Obama?, and assuming that there is a significant difference, can our (once?)great nation maintain its fundamental character through four more years of Obama.

The following are just a very few of the actions that Obama has taken that help to define who he is and what he likely to do in the future. I maintain that there are no comparable “Romney actions” that would put Romney in the same category with Obama:

1) Most recently Obama has literally attacked the integrity of our constitution with his recess appointments. There is no precedent in the history of our country for such brazen lawlessness - but it follows a machiavellian pattern that characterizes Obama’s entire term, including passage of Obmamcare. If he can get away with it, he will do it - damn our system of government. Romney, while having espoused liberal causes in his career, has worked through the system and, to my knowledge, does not have a record of actively attempting to subvert our system of government.

2) In Obama, we have an individual has actually cavorted with KNOWN terrorists and knowingly associated himself with the likes of Jeremiah Wright. For me this is an indication of Obama’s sympathy with a strict anti-American ideological point of view. Obama is smart enough to hide his true beliefs, but his past associations and actions speak more about who he is than his current politically motiviated words. This is a man who has said that when civil right decisions and legislation became law that an opportunity was missed when reparations were not awarded. Once again, Romney is very far from a true conservative, but there are no similar Romney incidents in his past - and that could make a tangible difference in the next four years.

3) My Dad is a liberal who is opposed to opportion. He tried to maintain in 2008 that there would be no practical difference between McCain and Obama on abortion since Roe v Wade is in place. He now recognizes how wrong he was. Obama has done more to advance the cause of abortion than any other president. There is no question that more babies have died under Obama than would have under McCain. Hell, Obama has even sent money overseas to advance the abortion cause. Romney has blown around with the wind on this issue. But there is NO QUESTION in my mind that more babies will be killed under Obama than Romney. Obama’s position on the Infant Born Alive legislation is beyond radical - and then he brazenly lied about it.

The above are only a very few examples. The bottom line is that, based on their past ACTIONS, there is a yawning divide that separates Obama and Romney.

To all of you self righteous fools saying "No" in any way shape or form: What makes you think you will even get another chance to vote?

Remember Hitler? All it takes is for the O-Almighty to get re-elected and then he will just take over, abolish the Congress and Supreme Court, and start rounding up his opponents (IE: Enemies of the State). This is a man who helped his uncle win election in Africa and then take over as dictator. Heck, watching him perform, I think he thinks he is already our dictator and laughs when we try to stop him.

Don't believe me? How about those you affectionately call "birthers"? As evidence proving him unqualified is found, his band of lawyers sweep in and remove it. Then the finders are smeared in the press and you believe the news reports doing so. In the same manner the media prints lies and mis-information about our candidates and you believe them. His supporters post mis-information on you-tube and elsewhere and you swallow it down like it was a nectar of the gods. During the '08 presidential elections many of us tried to warn you, tell you the truth, but many of us were flamed, called trolls even, for telling you our candidates were being eliminated using your own self-righteousness and willingness to believe a well placed lie. Now, in the '12 election cycle, they have removed H. Cain from the field. It didn't take long either, just three bimbos with statements that sounded like something found in any racey Harliquin romance novel. And you "Freepers" actually seem to believe them. If not, where were your supporting voices to his campaign offices asking, begging, him to not drop out? Or the local media and talk shows? I'm thinking they're working on the front runner even now, using stuff from last election and anything new they can invent, anything you will believe,

Might I remind you that he has already started exercising his “powers” by appointing whomever he wishes when he wishes, already “owns” the mass media, is allowing the “Justice Department” to only investigate cases for non-whites, has the ICE ignoring the invasion of our borders, BATF keeping records that are supposed to be destroyed, sells firearms to drug lords in Mexico, is shutting down our military... need I go on?

And you say you actually want to take a chance that this nation will even exist in four years? That someone will even be willing to run for office? Why? After all, you will be too busy tearing that candidate apart along with the 'Rats that you evidentally must support. No? Out of this forum of comments only a small handful even voices a comment similar to mine and each has been fired on by another "conservative" poster.

Aw, heck, I've said too much already. I'm outa here!

My answer to that is NO. Let it be known to all who think that if they just get Romney as the nominee all would fall in line. Let it be known that should they persist in pushing him as their nominee there are those of us who will allow them to fail for their arrogance. I will not allow them to think that if they just push Romney on us we will just fall in line. I, for one, will not. Let them be on notice for the impending failure of their tactics should they persist.

Only because I don’t think the country will survive another 4 years of Obama, I will vote for Romney and pray that a lot more tea party oriented congressmen are elected at the same time to press him on a conservative agenda. It would still be a holding action until the dreamed-of day when we can get a real conservative nominated. I’ll be holding my nose, but I can’t stand the idea of the present occupant being there another 4 years.
