My goal is the defeat of Hussein next November. We can nominate any of our candidates--Mitt included--and I will cast my ballot for them!

In my opinion, our worst candidates are Huntsman and Paul; Huntsman worked for Hussein, and Paul is an isolationist. Yet if they are on the ticket, I'll support them.

My theory: Hussein HATES America, but none of the Republicans HATE America. We must not ever forget that the difference is great. None of our candidates is perfect, but none of them hate this nation and want to ruin it....that alone will make the difference for me nexst November.

If Romney is the GOP candidate, I will sit this one out. I voted for rinoboy last time. If the pubbie elitists are stupid enough to force us off a cliff. Let them do it without my help.

I voted for Romney over McCain last time. He was speaking locally the night before CA’s primary,and I went and decided to take a chance on him.

I watched him for the last three years. When anything big happened, he did not react until there was a panoply of other reactions and opinions out there, and he consistently joined in with the majority voices. Sarah Palin was out there within a couple hours with great conservative reactions.

Romney was a weak, finger-in-the-wind pol. I was looking for a candidate with cojones and he obviously didn’t even have the key to the lockbox his are in.

I have always voted and I think I might vote for anyone over Obama. Not sure. I dislike Romney intensely (as a politician). I don’t know what I would do.

I believe we need to coalesce latest after SC, around One Not Romney, no matter whom we like. We can prevent a Romney or obama, would you rather be shot or stabbed, election.

My vote in ILL-ANNOY won’t mean a hill of beans.....

For the opposite reason, my vote in Texas won’t either and Obama has NO chance of carrying this state...

But I will vote for Romney or any other Republican who is the ultimate nominee as 4 more years of Obamination will be a real national disaster. I can’t imagine letting Obama nominate more Supreme Court justices, nor watch him destroy the meaning of the constitution and watch Congress let him get away with it !
I hope those who would stay away from voting R if Romney is the nominee will reconsider the consequences.
BUT I certainly will not vote for Willard Romney in the primary...but by the time the Primary gets to Texas, this race will likely be decided. South Carolina and Florida will end it for all practical purposes.

The only hope I see for not ending up with Romney is for this to become a true 2 person race with either Gingrich or Santorum as the alternative, but as long as the options to Romney split their votes he wins!

Ok, I’ll vote for Romney and hate it nearly as much as I did when I voted for McCain. But I’ll vote. If I was in a foxhole fighting for my life, I would fire my weapon under the command of my CO and in my own self interest. Even if the CO was no General Patton.

Hopefully all Tea Partiers see it that way, too. Romney is a NO VOTE, any time, any place. If Obama gets back in it will just be 4 years so that we can beef-up the Senate and House more and more and more with actualy Conservatives.

Obama and Mitt are almost the same on a lot of levels. And just voting for someone because he is anti-Obama sucks.

I've asked certain "anyone but Obama" FReepers if they would support Kerry if he jumped parties and ran against Obama with an "R" next to his name. Afterall, he fits their only requirement of "anyone but Obama."

Maybe because this is Wisconsin and the rest of the ticket may affect things here. I cannot in good conscience vote for Obama Lite. I don’t think it is funny, but it is fine if you do. We all have our reasons.

In my mind none of the candidates are very good. Perry is the least bad candidate. I plan to vote for him in the Primary. However, if Mittens is the nominee, I will either skip that line on the ballot, or vote for the Constitution Party candidate.

Yes, I know, not voting for Mittens (if he's nominated) will help elect Obamalamadingdong. But I'm not convinced Mittens would be any better. We need to repeal Obamacare root and branch, and replace it from the ground up with a free market solution. Mittens will just tinker around the edges. Likewise, we need to repeal Dodd-Frank, Sarbanes-Oxley, the Patriot Act, and all the anti-gun laws on the books. Mittens won't even touch them. Why vote for someone who's as bad as the incumbent?

HELL NO, same reason as with McCaca last time. For us SOCIAL conservatives, we would lose more with Romney than with current OHOMO / Democrap. See PIC, I present you with and "Angel" (Oops.. I have to vomit again..)

With OHOMO It is expected they lean to the Left, but if Romney wins, he would actually move the Rep party to left... in essence destroying it for us.

The thing that amazes me, is that WE are not helping matters neither, we are cutting our own throats! OURSELVES. Sure I understand everyone pulling passionately for their own choices... but... by now, I think the choices are just two: SANTORUM of course and NEWT (my second choice). So anything else (Perry, R Paul) should be out of the race! Ron Paul?... He is unelectable, let's be real!

...And this would give us a **CHANCE** to defeat OHOMO, there are not guarantees, but at least I would be happy we had a decent chance of winning the presidency with a REAL conservative (fiscal + basic moral values)
