"Throughout the day at the Chelmno, Poland, death camp, Jewish deportees from nearby villages are systematically gassed in vans; German and Ukrainian workers pull gold teeth and fillings from the corpses' mouths.
Germans undertake van gassings of 5000 Gypsies from Lódz, Poland."

"MAJOR GHETTOS IN OCCUPIED EUROPE, EAST OF GENERALGOUVERNEMENT, 1941-1942:

"Jews in the Soviet Union who were not massacred by Einsatzgruppen were confined to ghettos, of which Minsk (80,000) was the largest.
Most of these ghettoized Jews would eventually be shot or deported to death camps.
