The solution to Globul Warming is an easy one: The Goberment should order everybody to turn around their AC in their windows - to make cold air be blown outside,in to the street. If enough people do that, the temps outside will go down. Obviously the AC should be as energy efficient as possible, and if you can’t afford an AC for this purpose the Government should provide you with a grant.
Fewer and fewer people are falling for this crap because they have real problems to worry about..
It is true. The weight of water behind China’s 3 gourges dam has already triggered a few earthquakes. Melting the ice caps in Greenland would certainly cause large earthquakes.
Nah - tell her the extra weight of the water keeps the tectonic plates from sliding so reduces earthquakes.

No, the inequitable redistribution of molten ice will cause planetary imbalance, like losing a balance weight off the tire of your car ... whop, whop, whop, whop. All the sloshing around will then unfairly inundate predominantly progressive coastal environments, with women and minorities hardest hit. The earthquakes will be secondary.
