Worth repeating:
Govt can pick and choose which laws they want to enforce, but us serfs cant pick which laws to obey.

Long hair on a wife has proven to be an effective way to .......keep a marriage strong. Apparently Vermont has other methods...
Women must obtain written permission from their husbands to wear false teeth.

The ‘Rats would just deem all current laws reaffirmed, and then head out of state.
The Pubbies would take a single up or down vote on the criminal code as written, and then head for the golf course.

Wisconsin Unless a customer specifically requests it, margarine may not be substituted for butter in a restaurant.Makes perfect sense as the two aren't the same at all.

In 23 states, it is illegal to mistake Janet Napolitano for Ernest Borgnine. As if it were actually possible to do this. Borgnine, on his worst day would be much better looking than Napolitano, on her best...

Texas - You may not shoot a buffalo from the second story of a hotel.
That is why I never book a room on the second floor, any other floor will do. You never know when a juicy buffalo will stroll by.

Florida - If you tie an elephant to a parking meter, you must pay the same parking fee as you would for a vehicle. Circuses winter in Sarasota Florida. So in there this statute probably made sense. This is why there are local laws and ordinances, what is logical one place is absurd someplace else.
