One witness, Oscar Herrera, told KABC-TV he heard the gunman yelling “I want to die”.
No mention of the gunman yelling “Allah Akbar”.
I think they are stating this wrong, it was theft of property and if the facts presented in this article are true, a direct violation of the Constitution regarding due process.
The article doesn’t say what court this is in. It refers to a court, a judge, a case and a docket, but no specifics, except the name of one lawyer.
I’d assume it’s in a federal court, but where, in DC/NY/CA? Do you know where is this going on?
This is crony capitalism. This is fascism. This is the face of the Obama regime.
