True, foot binding was forced physically. But most girls actually wanted to have the desirable feet. If a girl didn’t perform the exercises on her own, and the feet didn’t bind well, she became an unmarried spinster and the girls didn’t want that. The only girl wearing flats on tv is Ellen. See what I mean?

Well, for sure they were designed by gay males who would never wear them! Pride parades are only once a year!
But in the past, women’s legs looked great in 2 inch heels. And they could dance all night in them ! I get why you like the look. But if there were no heels over 3 inches in the shops, as there used to be, you would still be very happy. No?
Those are platform shoes, hard to walk in. They were not invented yet in my young years....GG :O) she has nice looking feet...good slant to the toes also....

You still are a sweet young thing! This reminds me of when I went shoe shopping once with my kids. I saw a fabulous pair of red pumps. I said, “Oh, I had a pair just like these”. The two kids looked at the shoes, then at each other and shook their head. My son said, “You wore a pair of shoes like THOSE?!” I said, “Sure did and I looked goooooddd, too!” They then proceeded with gagging sounds. To top off this comical little lesson... my daughter said, “I’m telling Daddy on you”. LOL!!
