Hi all, I know it has been a long time, but I have been very busy and was even on vacation for awhile. I hope you are all “better than you deserve.”
On his October 19th show, Dave took callers that are supportive of OWS and for the most part he walked them into their own ignorance. If you want some good entertainment, I would highly recommend listening to that show!

You are just not doing your research and in this case you are just dead wrong. The demands and goals of the OWS movement are well known to some if not most of us and are easily found with just a little searching. You need to do your homework before you start spouting such nonsense.
Take a look at The 99 Percent Declaration web page and you will see the plans and the demands and goals of the OWS movement. It's no secret. Google is your friend.
I’d never made that connection between Envy and Jealous before. I’ve often been jealous of other people. But, to the best of my knowledge my feelings have been along the lines of “I wish I had a (car, plane, boat, house, vacation, etc), too”.
To the best of my knowledge, I don’t believe the thought of “I can’t have it - so you shouldn’t have it either” has ever crossed my mind. Even as a child.

Actually, some of their points make sense to me *GASP* but overall they come off as a bunch of whiny grifters. And that’s got to be REALLY hard to accomplish when the MSM is ON YOUR SIDE!

In Dave's defense, I was recently chastised by a liberal neighbor of mine, when I pointed out these OWS "demands." At the time, she said these were a "work in progress," and that "no official demands existed," blah, blah, blah.
So I've seen a lot of fluidity in their so-called demands, as if they want to say something, but not get themselves in a position where a lot of socialist-Marxist-communist demands become attached to them.
So let me ask you this, how do you know that the link you provided is the one to their "official" list of demands? This OWS group--by their own definition--is leaderless and faceless. There is no one with whom you could negotiate, no official spokesperson.
Just as the rest of us do, Dave knows enough about what these lunatic slugs want...I'd give him a break on this.

Dave does not say that "demands and goals" do not officially exist. Rather, Dave makes the point that if you surveyed the general OWS protester, they do not understand their own demands and goals. Dave correctly makes the point that himself (and any observer) of OWS protesters has to question their demands and goals, since they are not known to the protesters themselves.

Are we supposed to depend on the almost childish views of the participants or should we be paying more attention to the organizers of this potentially Marxist revolution? I vote for the latter.
These people hold their "General Assembly" meetings where any of the OWS participants can attend. Are we to assume that "goals and demands" are never discussed at these meetings? I don't think so.
The fact that these dumbos can't express themselves well enough to convey the goals and demands doesn't mean that they don't know what they are. For example, I saw a poll that showed that 40% of the OWS crowd were union members. Does Dave really think they have no idea why they're there?
But it would still mean they're not entitled to discuss those goals and demands with rational people.

Actually he read the OWS litany of all the “this is our one goal” items and you are referencing some google description of the 99 percenter declaration. His point is that they are so disconnected that it does nothing to add clarity to the discussion. You could ask, and he did, supporters of OWS for 3 radio hours and not get one repeat answer from the callers.
You add to the disconnect by providing a link to a 99%er vs. the OWS that he is discussing.
