Obviously rot has gotten to the tires (probably wasn’t up on blocks)...
... and although I’m no mechanic, I’m pretty sure the engine and/or gas storage & delivery systems are going to need help if the oil wasn’t drained and gas was just allowed to sit and stratify into its components for 33 years.

Grease in the rear end is probably the consistency of road asphalt now, if not thicker...
I wouldn’t drive it five feet without a total checkout, all the pumps, all the seals, all the lube points, put it on a lift and make sure none of the bearings are froze up. If it was inside and dry the electrical is probably ok...
I don’t know about the tire rot.
In 1976 when living in Wyoming, I bought a wheel barrow and have used it a lot while leaving it outside. And even after being out in the Arizona sun here for over 20 years, the pneumatic tire is still in very good shape.
Wish I could get a set of tires made by the same company.
