WashingtonCAN! is looking for motivated and articulate people to help make sure that the banks, corporations and the wealthiest amongst us do their fair share! We are the state's largest non-profit lobbying organization with over 30,000 members. Our focus is socio-economic and racial justice issues. LGBTQ friendly, EOE (diversity encouraged), fun work environment, benefits and opportunity for growth. Staff average $12 - $16 an hour with bonus on top of base pay.
Benefits include medical, dental and 401K.
For Full time, our field organizers work in various communities in Washington to mobilize, educate and fundraise new members to keep our message of fairness spreading! Half the day is spent in house training one-on-one and in groups. The rest of the day is going out to different neighborhoods organizing people to get involved with our movement. The hours are 1:30 to 10:30 Monday through Friday.

My job requires me to “interact” with these protesters.
They are almost exclusively made up of two groups....Anarchists and Seattle Central Community College teachers/students.
The “teachers” are obvious because they try and provoke the police into fighting them but you know they would never treat a man like that if it were not for his uniform because the “teacher” knows he would get his ass kicked.
The anarchists wear about 4 layers of clothing with the outermost layer presoaked in human urine so that the police have to touch urine if they handle them.
The Mayor brings the protesters coffee every day.
There is absolutely no way WCA has 50,000 members.
They must have unions signed up as members and must be counting every member of the union as members of that bullcrap organization.
