(THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - Sin Chew Daily reported that a Taiwanese woman was shocked when a gynaecologist told her that she had testicles.
The woman, 34, decided to consult a specialist after experiencing pain in her genital area.
It was her first time seeking treatment from a gynaecologist although she had never experienced menstruation in her life.
The check-up also showed that the woman did not have a uterus. When asked why she had not sought treatment or medical advice about her menstrual problem, the woman was lost for an answer.
lol.
I guess he/she can decide what they want to be these days...
heh

I thought there would be a more specific ping list for this kind of thing. :^)
The neutral gender of humans is female.
Female anatomy is internal. Male anatomy is external. If the male organs don’t form right and descend, a genetic male looks like a female.
So if the testes and penis fail to form correctly, you get what looks like a girl. Then its raised as a girl for most of human history. No uterus, no period. But with poor nutrition, genetic defects, chronic illness or hormonal abnormalities, lack of a period throughout life is not unknown for real women.
A baby in the US would be sonogrammed, genetically tested, and they say “Ok, kid has un-descended testes. If they don’t come down, we’ll do the surgery (cut a slit and pull it out).” The penis isn’t truly formed, just becomes a large head of the clitoris. And being a girl in Asia, it’s fairly certain that the family ignored medical issues because “it’s a girl”.
The testicles were probably undescended, one on each side of her vagina, but in the groin - unable to be felt or seen. She probably had pain like a hernia and undoubtedly thought it was something along those lines if she asked around.
As far as never having a period, well, I guess that would be her “normal.”
I think there was a song written about her.
When they stay inside your body and you don’t have a penis, either?
There are conditions where this happens, the child appears to all measures to be a girl, but the vagina is a blind pouch and the “ovaries” (which are really testes) have a tendency to become aggressively cancerous.
"I don't get it; you claim there are two types of [Terrans], male and female. Frankly, you all look alike to me."
"Oh, there's a vas deferens between us," Retief assured him.
By the way, I find your screen name singularly appropriate to this thread.
Cheers!
The juvenile posters won't want to read what you've written but thank you for posting it anyway.
Even a clearly male person may be born with one or two undescended testicles. They don’t “drop” in place until shortly before birth. This is a different medical case, however.
“If I had two, I could be King,” said the Queen.
Well, if you go skinny dipping in the ocean off northern Greenland...
He is not exactly a normal guy but in this case with a little surgery he can live a pretty normal life.
Poor fellow.
“Mr. Retief, make her [Retief’s Aide] stop flaunting her chest apendages at me!”
“Mr. Minister, I assure you she isn’t; they flaunt themselves!”
True hermaphrodites are rare, but do exist. But they have both sets of gear, unlike this one.
Well, if she is made like an Hermaphrodite they are inside of her, not hanging down as a male has them.
